So I went to Ruby Tuesdays in Statesboro, GA last night and we were told there would be a 10 minute wait. We said no problem. About 1 minute later someone came by and asked if we were being helped. We said we were jus told there would be a 10 minute wait. Then she took us to a table. So many empty tables in this place why were we told there would be a wait list??? When we were seated the waitress came by to take our drink order. I said I would like a glass of wine and she immediately asked to see my ID. I thought she was kidding because I am 72 years old. No she wasn't kidding! I said why do you need to see my ID for a glass of wine. She said that is our policy. I told here we were just in there las week and no one asked to see our ID. She said that is their policy sorry. So I got up and left this place and went to Olive Garden where I was not asked for my ID for ordering a glass of wine.

There was a huge wait. We were told 20 minutes but it was more like 1 hour and 20 minutes. When we asked the hostess about it. She was rude and said that 20 minutes was just an estimate....hmmmm.Once we sat down, Hannah was great. She was so busy but made sure we were taken care of. The food was good.

Been here in Statesboro for quite some time and I always tend to forget that we even have a Ruby Tuesday because A.) There is plenty of BETTER options around town and B.) The service ALWAYS sucks!!! Tonight while I was at work I was hungry and decided to doordash. I was well aware I was ordering from a ghost kitchen, but I wish I would have known while ordering on the app that it was coming from here or I would've cancelled the order. Then on the app my FIRST dasher was waiting for my order for so long that she ended up giving up on my delivery and passed it to another dahser (NOT HER FAULT DEFINETLY RUBY TUESDAY TAKING FOREVER). Then when my 2nd dasher came to pick up my order from here he also had to wait (not as long thankfully). By the time I received my order, my medium rare burger was cold, the fries were soggy, and the only redeemable item that I enjoyed was the coke zero that is provided BY A FOUNTAIN MACHINE. All in all, this place is like actual garbage and I just don't see myself ever stepping foot into this establishment, there is just so much more BETTER options out here than here. So to people who are also ordering from ghost kitchens on doordash be weary of "Ridiculous Burgers" as they come from this poor establishment.

We returned to the Ruby Tuesday in Statesboro after a less than stellar experience recently but the great manager made it right so we saw a deal come across our phone for crab legs and 6 oz ribeye with a coupon code for $19.99. we ordered this for each of us from our phone display and showed the coupon code to our waiter. My steak was ordered MW but came out bleeding on my plate. I sent it back and when it came back it was still red inside and wasn't even hot. Both our steaks looked like they were microwaved and not even seared on the grill. We stopped our waiter and asked if we could have our check and a to go box because the steaks were full of fat and gristle and weren't fit to eat. He said he would take our bill and see what his manager would do about it. He brought the bill out and said the manager took 25% off the bill. When we looked at the bill, the waiter didn't use the coupon code we gave him upon arrival which was 23% the regular price anyway. He went back to the manager who said it's one or the other you can't have a coupon code and then me take off extra for the steak. We have had major problems trying to use any coupon code put out by Ruby Tuesdays so lesson learned #1 don't go there expecting to use a coupon code effectively and #2 don't order a steak from there. Go to a real steakhouse if you want a decent steak.

My daughter and I are at the restaurant today, we got the salad Bar . We had been seated at our table for 15 minutes, our, waitress waited on 4 different tables, before she came to our table.We went to the salad ba I had already eaten my first plate , my daughter waited on our waitress to come where we could order our drinks., there were only two different tables near where we sat., went back again to the salad bar, they were out of shredded cheese, black olives, tomatoes were completely out of waited on the gentleman to replenish the above toppings, , on the lettuce ,ham, mushrooms were out when my daughter went back , and spoke with the lady that had seated us , she apologized we asked for our check, paid, walked out , ..would of loved to get one more plate. .First time to eat at restaurant, service, salad bar was a 2 maybe... Very unhappy

Christina the very welcoming and sweet manager saved this disastrous visit for us! We had terrible service in which we asked for extra butter and some sour cream which was never brought to us until I went and asked the hostess. Also our waiter never even checked on our table after bringing our drinks. Hubby’s steak was way over cooked but Christina took care of it and checked on us twice to see if we needed anything else. I would never have gone back if she hadn’t treated us so well.

I had a blonde girl server collage kid honestly the worst service I have ever had rude and didn’t even care about my table. She flirted with another worker the whole time and never checked up on me or got me refills. Very disappointed!

Went with my family excited to get food. Completely taken back by the disgusting customer service. My server Marius had an attitude, and was rude. Food was actually pretty good!!! Sad it was ruined by the server.
