This was my first time eating at Slim Chickens and I give the food between a 1-10, a big 10. The tenders tasted delicious ànd were juicy and tender. The homemade fries were also good and well seasoned, but not over seasoned like some places do their homemade fries. The Texas toast was also good; you can definitely taste the garlic butter when u bite into it. When it comes to your drink, they put your name on it, which minimizes your drink going to someone else #I like that. I ordered a chocolate milkshake and hands down it was so good. As you can see from the pic I posted they give u a large straw to use, which makes it so easy to drink your milkshake, unlike every other place I frequent, I receive a small straw that I have to deep throat just to barely get my milkshake to pass through to drink it. The drive thru was long, but they moved the line very quickly. Overall, great spot! Update: Did a mobile pick up order, when I got home with my food I noticed bbq sauce all over my fries, from my wings being placed on top of them, (last pic) I called the store and let them know, they easily said they will replace my meal if I came back to the store. I didn't want to since, I was home and I live far out, so they put my name in a book that they list people names to replace orders and all u do when u do go back to the store is say your name is in the book and they will replace your order with no problems. FYI if you get a big order, ask for the fries to be on the side, bc they do place the entire order in one box. Employees were very nice and informative on how they package certain orders. #satisfied customer

I went here today (10.5 at 1p) for the first time and there was a young man working behind the register and on the floor. He was so polite, and I don’t think I saw him stop working ONCE. No cell phone in sight, just checking on dine in guests, sweeping and mopping, stocking at the beverage station. I was thoroughly impressed. Kudos to that young man wanting to do the best job he can!
Also, the grilled chicken wrap was good. Thanks!

Having visited since it's Grand Opening, I see an issue with the employees. Lack joy, which connects to customer service. Premium customer service also includes standing by your merchandise.

They were swamped last night, and it was a long wait. However, I got 3 meals of freshly cooked chicken!! I can't get that cooked at home in that time. This chicken is REAL chicken!! That other chicken place sells old smashed up garbage. It's not even real chucken!
