A completely crappy place! Went in there twice like 10 mins after 5 on a Sunday and was told they can't serve ice cream after 5 finally today but they are out for display! Basically after 5 the young girls they have in there are too lazy to do anything before they close at 6. I bet if I asked for a soda they'd say they put the cups up at 5😂

Very bad customer service!! I came in with two kids, said can i get one slushie and they just rung me up without asking if that was it and then went back to get a pretzel and i didnt get it till 30 minutes later!!!:(

Horrible Place,Horrible Customer Service.The manager has a horrible attitude.They had me and my friends kicked out of the mall for 1 scoop of icecream.Also they were mad because we told our other friends not to go or buy anything from them.

The Snack Shack in the Statesboro Mall is a very clean place and sanitary. The service is amazing and the employees are so nice and takes care of you. I haven't seen any better service. The food is amazing!!
