We came to Sonic and Ms.Zaria was so very positive and helpful. We got our food fast and the staff was incredibly friendly.

Ordered on the app, 3 items and 2 drinks. After 20 minutes they still hadn't dropped all the food items to cook. Sat in the mobile order stall for more than 30 minutes ten after we went inside to inquire about our order. Don't waste your time on this location. All this with 2 other cars in the parking lot. Never again! After all this they didn't even get the order right!

I waited 20 minutes for my food and I was the only customer in the lot. Then I get back to my room to eat it and the tots were so hard they could bust windows. The burger patties were really cold. The employees were too busy talking and dancing to even notice me trying to get their attention at the window. Absolutely worst meal I ever purchased. I threw it in the trash and went elsewhere for a good meal. Last time I will visit THAT Sonic. And the parking lot was trashed and you could tell it had been like that for days

Ordered food here today and it wasn’t fresh at all hard French fries and tots. I specifically told them I wanted 2 fries and 2 tots with the meal and what did I get a fry and 3 tots. Tots were supposed to be cheese tots and they didn’t do that either. My husband was supposed to get a triple smash burger and only got a double. Whoever the girl was ordering needs to get off the mic because I told her my order twice so it wouldn’t be messed up and it was still messed up. I will not return to this sonic!! Waste of time and money!!

Just bought a bacon burrito from sonic in Statesboro on main. Absolutely disgusting. Smell just like OLD GREASE---could not get past the smell. Waste of money. It went straight in the trash. Will nor be back ever for breakfast!!! Would give zero stars if I could!!!!!

Asked for a milkshake, got a sundae. Was told the machine was broke. Asked for a refund. Turns out the machine wasn’t broke, people just lazy. Got the milkshake, but it tasted like sour milk.

service was terrible for me, i went here to order a small chilli cheese fry and when i checked my food there was 4fries with a bunch of chilli on top to cover it up .. when i asked for what i paid for i was told “well you asked for a small” .. i used to work here and they’re very nasty , don’t wear gloves, digs in people bags to eat they’re fries and tots. most workers have nasty attitudes.

My 9 month pregnant fiance of course has cravings. Very specific cravings lol.. we’ve ordered the last 4 or 5 nights. Every order has been wrong or missing items. It almost seems deliberate at this point. If there is management on site they should be fired. The fact fast food industry workers want a higher pay is baffling. You have a very simple job and you do it very very poorly. Will not be getting anymore of my money. The owner should be thrilled
