service was terrible for me, i went here to order a small chilli cheese fry and when i checked my food there was 4fries with a bunch of chilli on top to cover it up .. when i asked for what i paid for i was told “well you asked for a small” .. i used to work here and they’re very nasty , don’t wear gloves, digs in people bags to eat they’re fries and tots. most workers have nasty attitudes.

My 9 month pregnant fiance of course has cravings. Very specific cravings lol.. we’ve ordered the last 4 or 5 nights. Every order has been wrong or missing items. It almost seems deliberate at this point. If there is management on site they should be fired. The fact fast food industry workers want a higher pay is baffling. You have a very simple job and you do it very very poorly. Will not be getting anymore of my money. The owner should be thrilled

The carhop who brought by order was watching some kind of show on his phone while he was bringing my order out. He did not hand be my order, I had to grab it off the tray myself. He did not say word or make eye contact.

There are two sonic locations in statesboro, and the OTHER location is immensely better than this location has ever been. Everytime i have come to this sonic they have given me the wrong items, extremely long wait time, cold or burnt food. Everytime. This location is a joke and definitely gives sonic a bad rep. If i didnt have the other location to compare it to i would just believe sonic is disgusting food. But clearly the problem is lack of care from the employees. I dont even want to imagine how dirty the kitchen must be if these are the type of standards they hold for their food.

I have two sonics that I can choose to go too. However, I always choose to go to this Sonic because of how friendly the staff always is. Even when I door dash they are always so polite. The food is always good and the service is great.

Went to get a blast for the ride home, I wanted Oreo cheesecake left with Oreo and vanilla syrup, I went back and she said they don't have cheese cake, they use vanilla syrup for cheese cake??? Not the same thing!!!! So I said well I would like to change it to strawberry with the graham crackers, since you don't have cheesecake! Weird they have cheesecake but they don't have cheesecake, it's vanilla! Took what I could got home and their was only a gob of strawberry on top, not even blended, all the rest vanilla ice cream with ICE all in the bottom!!!! She purposely put ice all in the bottom of the cup...WHY??? I wasn't rude, they weren't busy at all!!!! Sorry I bothered y'all's employee by ordering a blast at her job! Lesson learned, do not go back to sonic...

Pulled in and there were three gentlemen standing in the front area of the building (none were in any Sonic attire). I ordered a Blue Raspberry Nerd Slush and waited and waited and waited. (Reference the camera - Saturday March 22nd Around 10:45PM) Next, I notice the gentleman in the purple hoodie digging in his crotch as commences to grab someone's drink to take it out to them. There is no way i'm taking anything from this guy. I left without my slush and Sonic got to keep my money. Great business strategy!

Hi. I had a recent experience at sonic that was unsatisfactory. I ordered 2 Route 44 cherry limeade. It took 30 minutes to get it including having to get in line after waiting 15 minutes in the stall. And waiting 15 more minutes before getting the drinks. When they tasted just like soda water we asked for them to remake it. In which she gave us an attitude and huffed and sighed about us asking for a remake. When it came back out it still tasted terribly so we had to throw all 4 drinks out.
