Went here for a quick dinner tonight and was very disappointed ordered the coney footlongs 3 of them all of them were burnt I tried to call the number online that’s listed on Google and it goes to a recording . I will be going up to the restaurant tomorrow. This is not ok by any means !! Also got pretzels those weren’t fresh either .

If you are ordering door dash from here or are a door dasher, I don't suggest this sonic at all. This has now been the second time this week that I have went to that sonic and they told me that they didn't have the order and they were not going to make it. Not only do I now not get paid for the order, but that costumer is not getting their food. Tonight, really put me over the edge about it because the employee at the window took my phone and looked at the order twice then walked away so I assumed they were making it but ten minutes later another employee comes to the window telling me I had a total. When I explained that I had a door dash order she then took my phone and looked at the order then told me they did not have it on their screen. It was such a waste of time where I could have been earning money.

I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, 2 double bacon cheese burgers, 1 bacon toaster and 2 mozzarella sticks.I received 4 toasters and 1 mozzarella stick. When I went to talk to them in person I received no resolution, instead they chose to gaslight me and said that my dasher stole the missing items. Okay, but did the dasher also change the 4 remaining items into bacon toasters instead of double cheeseburgers?
