General Tso’s was dry, couldn’t even eat it without choking. Fried rice has no flavor at all and is mushy. Dumplings have no flavor and Crab Rangoons are soggy. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Waste of money!

I order a large order of food, I was missing 3 items from my bag and when I realized it they were closed I’m expecting a refund or my order completely remade this is unacceptable I can even enjoy my meal I am completely disappointed I constantly recommend this place n I am a regular customer here I can not believe they would drop the ball so badly

I order almost weekly from this restaurant. I have never had a bad meal not to mention I cannot find Mongolian beef anywhere near here as good as Southern Palace. If you want to try a stupendous soup order their Seafood Soup. My wife and I split it as it's a very Hardy soup that we have with our main entree. Excellent.

This is the only Chinese we get for take out. Food is good. Fresh, hot. I order our fried rice with a couple of substitutions, never an issue. Every once in awhile our egg rolls do have a strange taste. Oil could be old, not sure. But not a deal breaker for us to stay loyal to this place. Service is always friendly.

Mongolian beef was more like Mongolian onion. Meat undercooked only seven pieces of meat the dumplings trash too much breading like pancake batter.

I have their number in my cell phone so I call in my order and pick it up in the drive through.The food is good and usually it's no more than 15 minutes from order to driving away with my food. If I arrive and it's not ready, I park in a parking space to the side after paying at the drive through and when Ms. Han waves at me from the window, I walk over and pick it up.My Chinese girlfriend likes the food as well.I'd say that since it's a drive through, it's wheelchair accessible.As for atmosphere, the parking lot is nice and being in your vehicle is pretty private if you want to cuddle a companion or two.Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian menu items such as tofu dishes.

They are very sweet and clearly have passion for what they do in the kitchen. The meat portions are VERY generous, the sauces are wonderful, and the prices are great for what you get.
