I went to this Starbucks today and ordered my usual drink: a Mango Dragonfruit Refresher with extra inclusions, which I paid for. When I received my drink, it barely had any inclusions. I politely asked the barista at the window about it, and instead of checking the order, she was rude and said she was “supposed to charge me,” even though I had already ordered and paid correctly. She refused to remake the drink and eventually just handed me the inclusions in a separate cup after continuing to comment about charging me. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues at this location. Customer service here is consistently poor, so I’ll be sticking to the Starbucks by Publix instead.

Starbucks - Consistent Respect for Veterans Every year, Starbucks shows up for veterans the right way. I stopped in again this Veterans Day, and just like always, they honored the promotion with no questions asked. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely appreciative.

I LOVE the Mango Dragonfruit refresher with lemonade. I order it 2-3 times a month. Sometimes it’s made wonderfully and looks just as advertised! But then the rest of the time it looks like pale pink… all lemonade, 4 pieces of dragon fruit, and little flavor. I thought they had recipes essentially so that it is consistent?

I was saddened to find that they do not offer the jalapeño chicken pocket. Will they ever?

I went through the drive thru at 6 am. I was taking my daughter breakfast at GA Southern before I headed back home. The service was great and my order was correct. I will definitely go back when visiting my daughter.
