Let me begin by saying my barista was amazing... after that, it goes downhill, though. Every christmas, they are out of sugar plum danishes. And a 20-minute wait INSIDE is insane!! Does drive-through take priority everywhere now?? I paid $8 for a coffee that was HALF WAY FULL. I literally almost never splurge on coffee anymore & this is why. I can make it at home for a fraction of the price & get it faster.

Great coffee, as usual from Starbucks. Staff were made uncomfortable by my service dog who was simply by my side and looking around. They made me identify as disabled to be in their store. I left. I won’t go back. I don’t like identifying as disabled, nor do I like making people uncomfortable.

I went to the store to to buy cups, and the guy at the counter told me that he got different cups in the back, but he cannot sell it to me because he’s too busy. I was gonna buy every different cup the I didn’t have. I left the store empty-handed store lostsale because of the guy was busy
