While the service was great , the food quality left a lot to be desired. What happened to eat fresh? Who ever baked the bread must have the fake it until you make it mentality

Extremely disappointed by this subway. I did an online order through their app and not only did half of my order not get delivered but what I did receive wasn’t made correctly. The only thing that wasn’t messed up was the cookies. When I called to get this corrected I was told that I had to drive to the store to pickup what was missing ( completely ignoring the incorrect items) or they couldn’t do anything. The point of ordering online and getting delivery for me was that I don’t have access to a car, if I could have driven up there myself I would have because that’s apparently the only way to get what you pay for.

This is a whole new level of unprofessional. I know these kids are young but DAMN! I'd have to get it on video to be believed. I doubt Subway management even meets these people, let alone interviews them. This is really a new low.
This location of subway is okay…. Usually the staff make it abundantly clear and obvious they could care less about being there. 9 times out of 10 there out of several things every time. The food is good when I have all the topping I want, but the service could use some work unfortunately.

Staff is nice and spend time on each sandwich. It takes a tiny bit longer if there’s a line at but I’d rather wait than having a soggy sloppy sandwich regardless of the prices. Veggies are always fresh when I’ve been.

3 employees and the one working at the register was taking a large catering order and the other two were in the back, not sure what they were doing but I was on a 30 minute lunch break and I had to use 10 minutes waiting to give my order this was at lunch time.

Out of most ingredients and drinks. One of the ingredients was pepper... I mean, you are right next door to a grocery store! Asked them to toast my sandwich. The bread was as soft as when they took it out of the bread warmer. And finally, the place was dirty. The drink machine had mineral scale (or at least i hoped that is what it was) all over the dispensers. The floor and booths had not been cleaned, just very dirty.

I placed an order, spent $42. Got it, drove an hour home. Order is WRONG! Can’t even eat the food I spent over $40 on. They will not answer the phone they just let is ring! Not to mention the food that was made was made extremely poorly! Would never recommend this subway location to ANYONE!

We got our food not knowing they used the wrong bread, we said wheat they gave us multi-grain. Then, tried to get ice for our drinks. No ice would come out of machine, so I asked could I get ice. The guy shrugged as if, No, sorry. My husband had already tipped 15%, so with all that, we definitely won't go back. Advice= An ice machine is across the street- go get some

Online said open, and based on the hours on the door the business should have been open. Complete waste of time traveling to this location. Not good for business.
