immediately got to us to make our orders. there were 4 people in our group and we all got our food within 15 minutes!

Came in the other day and there was a skinny man working and he had am attitude but it was whatever, bur a black family pulls up and I can hear this man get disgruntled and start saying racial slurs under his breath

Ordered italian herb as cheese as the bread and basically got white bread. Also requested it toasted for 60 seconds and the request was not fufilled-- its not toasted AT ALL. Dont go here, 3rd time I've had bad service from this location.

I went to subway today ,ordered DoorDash and was picking up my order.I politely asked the employee if my order is ready.He replied in a very rude and arrogant manner telling me ‘’don’t ask me’’ ask the the other employee.The other employee made a face and gave me my order ,while they laughing and chatting with a customers.I don’t know if their pay rate is low ,that’s why they act so poorly or they are not properly trained .Regardless ,I think the management should teach the employees how to act professionally ,You can’t curse at a customer ,raise your voice ,make jokes or laugh out loud ,that’s not professional .People will be more likely to come back if they had a positive interaction .I don’t know who own this fast food but He should read some the reviews .I left a bad review a year ago ,this is my second time and things haven’t still changed

I used to be a regular at this Subway, but my last visit was the final straw. I placed an online order, and when I got home, only half of it was correct. It’s clear no one here cares about accuracy or customer service. If you can’t tell the difference between yellow mustard and honey mustard, this is the place for you. If you order Italian Herb & Cheese bread but would rather be given plain white bread, you’ll feel right at home. Online orders? Forget it—they clearly don’t care whether you get what you asked for.

Placed 2 separate orders via app. Subway was quick to take my money but then basically denied me my second sub since their system glitched. The skinny white boy on the line started to argue with me and is acting like he is strung out on Xanax or something, it took him at least 7 tries to get a pair of gloves on his hands. They don't follow standard subway protocols at this location. A clean knife should be used to cut every sub instead they rake God knows what through everyone's sandwich when they cut it because they are too lazy to keep a bucket of clean knives available. As a previous asst manager for subway, I'm disgusted by this location and doubt I will be ordering from them again. Hopefully my money is refunded soon so I don't have to go to bed hungry...thanks for nothing subway
