What we ordered: Lox bagel, yogurt parfait, brownie (hot), and 20 oz latte. $24Not smoked salmon on the bagel. It seemed like canned salmon however I don't know if it was. The yogurt parfait had no granola, just yogurt, strawberries, and a syrup. The brownie was cold. And the 20 oz latte was only about half-filled. Other half was just foam.

The service was lacking in that my friend ordered waffle with ham and had to ask for butter and extra syrup.Her waffle was cold but she didn’t want to complain. The server never asked if we needed anything else but she was pleasant. My meal and my other friend’s meal was very good. I would have given them 5 stars but it’s the little details that dictates excellence. I probably will give them another try.Vegetarian options: Nothing else

I found a hair in the cookie that I ordered. I really like the atmosphere here and the fact that I can study in peace. But I was really sad when I saw a hair cooked into the cookie that I was eating.

Ive had the cold brew a few times and it’s excellent. Great taste, strong, and they don’t overly use cream/sugar. The French onion sandwich is a tasty take on the soup and my fiancé and I loved it. The other sandwich i like is the caprese because it’s packed with fresh mozzarella and the herbs aren’t super overpowering. Lastly, the staff is so sweet and helpful.

Piss poor. Sat for an hour waiting on our food. Ordered a salad as an appetizer and 2 sandwiches. After 45 min my husbands came out, on the wrong bread and hard from the heat lamp. No salad, no second sandwich. We sat for the hour wait and listened to an apparent breakdown in the kitchen as the table we sat at was right next to it. Slamming, sounded like crap being thrown. Manager apologized and said our food would be right out. 15 minutes later, still no good, we left. If you don’t have the staff to serve your patrons put a sign on the door…..what a poor thing to do by keeping customers captive. How in the hell is this place still open???? By the way, the young server had her entire butt hanging out of her skirt. Go somewhere else for your $10 plate of fries. This place is awful!

I am a huge fan of Sugar Magnolia Bistro. Today was my first time visiting the Coffeehouse. It is equally excellent & extraordinary to the Bistro in service, food, and atmosphere. My new 2nd favorite spot in The Boro!

Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes before anyone came to see us, when they did, they couldn’t make any food or frozen drinks because they were so behind. I asked for a caramel latte with mocha drizzle and they didn’t give me any syrups in my coffee. Just milk and ice and espresso. Very disappointed with them.
