Workers are always super rude to me when I do a pick up order. I understand I have a weird name but they always make it a big deal & it’s a really uncomfortable experience. My order today was also very skimpy and they forgot my queso. It’s a hit or miss on service and food unfortunately.

The floors needed cleaned, there was food all over. The food didn't look as fresh as we are used to. We have been to different Surcheros and the were always clean & fresh food. We always get the build a bowl, and I got a small bowl and my husband got the bigger bowl that we usually are given. I asked them about and they said hubby was given wrong bowl.

Food is awesome but every-time i place a pick up order and add queso as a topping, it is never placed in my bowl. I even put a note when ordering to please add the queso. Still no queso every-time.

Good food in a hurry!

Currently waiting in pickup line for my food .ninwas waiting in the drive thru but got fed up waiting . There's literally 3 people in this place making food pile of pickup orders on the counter . Unacceptable for a Saturday afternoon

My first time coming here, it was pretty empty. It's kinda like subway where you get to pick your toppings. It's a bit expensive but it was really good. I ate it before I realized I was done lol.

I get home to begin eating and THIS… THIS is the amount of chips they give for a $16 burrito meal. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be returning to this establishment.

The service at this establishment has taken a nosedive. I placed a mobile order at 6:39 and did not receive the food until 7:12. In fact, the food was not even started until I pulled up at the window at 7:00 and told them my name.

When I go inside, the service matches the drive-thru experience. Workers refuse to make eye contact so they don’t have to give service, there is palpable tension in who will begin the order, and most of the time, there is 0 friendliness within the transaction. Half of the tortilla cups are either stale or bendy/ not crisp and both of the salsa cups were only half filled.

I am supremely disappointed in how this business has fallen, given that it’s one of the very few fresh/healthy food options Statesboro has. Considering going back to Chipotle because of how bad this has turned.

The food is amazing, but the customer service is outstanding. Well-mannered, polite, and very good people skills. I would go for the customer service alone.

The salad bowls are the best. The chicken was seasoned and the young staff was very pleasant, which made me come back twice. Keep up the great customer service. They were very attentive. Great eye contact!
