Sign on door says open 9:00am-4-:00am on Saturdays. Unfortunately employee car in parking lot but front door locked and no answer at drive through at 10:15am Saturday morning 08/08/2025. Terrible service, I am sure the owner would be extremely angry customers are unable to be served during regular business hours.

What a shame. Somehow the staff here decided to give out my order to someone else as I waited AN HOUR at the counter for my 3 items. Then proceeded to tell me they can’t just remake the order, it’s my job to cancel the order and repeat it. Who runs this place? Not a lick of responsibility in the building. Don’t waste your time.

I have had multiple visits that have ended in missing items and/or customizations. It is our families Friday night tradition to have TBell. Whether it's incompetence or not caring the employees can't seem to get custom items right or get the right items in the bag. I have missed out on no less than $15-20 of missing food or paid add-ons. Our most recent visit we were missing TWO burritos on a 8 item order. Also on this visit there were 3 employees (in uniform) filling pot holes in the drive thru with cold patch asphalt at 6p on a Friday.

Horrible service. Cashier was playing on her phone and refused to serve customers. She very rudely wanted us to use the kiosk. What's the point of your job if you are not going to help customers.

This has too be the most disrespectful place I've ever been to. I waited 45 min for my meal and when I asked what's the hold up this guy not even in uniform comes screaming in my face and curses at me. He had a red sweatshirt and pajama pants. Unreal. This was between 12:17pm and 12.35. On wensday July 23rd. I would not recommend anyone to this place and my order was not correct. But because I was on my lunch brake I couldn't take it back. This place needs better training for there staff. Yelling and screaming in a customer's face is not ideal representation for Taco bell . If I where the store manager I would fire him.

Food wasn't terrible but the staff was cursing and completely rude. I sat down with my order to eat and girl come out from behind the counter and told me I needed to take my order and leave and could not eat in the lobby. Just because they don't want to clean the area. Ridiculous and lazy. The kitchen area was also disgusting.

I would not even give this restaurant a one star review if I had the choice to due negative rating....NASTY AND DISGUSTING ESPECIALLY ON NIGHT SHIFT!!!!!!PLAYS MUSIC SO LOUD YOU CAN LITERALLY HEAR IT OUTSIDE BEFORE WALKING IN....THE EMPLOYEES WALK PAST YOU AT THE COUNTER TO GO SIT DOWN WHILE STILL ON THE CLOCK AND THE REST OF THEM JUST STANDS THERE AND LOOKS AT YOU.........IT'S WORSER ON THE WEEKENDS I'M REFERRING TO THIS PAST WEEKEND (07/19/2025)

Lazy and rude service. My chalupa had barely any meat but plenty of lettuce. The shell was extremely over cooked and the lack of cheese was ridiculous. The quesadilla was pathetic 😔 and when I went to complain I got more attitude than it was worth. She was on her phone, talking through her watch and gives me attitude because I asked if she was talking to me.....
