The staff gave great suggestions on what to try, shared their own favorites, and made me feel excited about my choice. I really appreciated how helpful and genuine they were. And the ice cream? Absolutely delicious! I’ll definitely be coming back.

love the ice cream and topping options! the employees are trained very well on how to connect with the customers, they keep you engaged the whole time they are there and actually seem like they care. i am taking one star off because PLEASE turn your music down a notch, especially when the employees are trying to talk to you, it’s hard to communicate with them and very overstimulating in general. i’ve been there twice and it was the same each time, we ended up eating outside.

I love this place! I told the workers I would give them a 5 star for: nice workers good ice cream and you can add gummy bears m&m to your ice cream and even more and there flavors are fantastic! And so yummy

I went there today with my daughter and neice. Ice cream was delicious everyone enjoyed. Customer service was A1. The only criticism I had was the super loud music. The young lady was talking to me and all I could do was fake laugh because I could not hear a word she said.
