The truth is that the service and attention was very good, I can only say one but, the music is at too high a volume and you cannot converse except in a loud voice. Otherwise very good.

My son and I had a great experience on our evening visit of 11/8/24. The experience was so great my son said we should do a review. The place was insanely clean and the employees that night were still cleaning when customers were not in line. The ice cream was very good and felt we got way more value than our money's worth, especially in todays world. The owners of this buisness are very blessed to have workers like the ones we encountered that night. We literally had an interaction with each worker and each was over the top with great customer service like it was a family business they owned. They were so happy just to serve everyone. I wish I could of remembered their names because its so hard to come by anything that resembles good service nowadays and they deserve recognition.. great clean place..great product and most importantly great service. I would come weekly if I didn't live all the way in Jacksonville.. A++++ Buisness

What a fun way to enjoy ice cream! The staff is amazing. We've never experienced anything less than superb kindness & attentiveness. My kiddo loves it every time we go but especially when we went recently & they asked about his Halloween plans & costume then made his ice cream to match. My only grievance is it can be quite loud, but I feel like that's expected for the nature of the experience.

I had an amazing experience at Rolling Monkey! Sophia was absolutely awesome. She was super friendly and made sure we had everything I needed. Even drew a cute monkey on my ice cream! I can't wait to come back!

Came here tonight to get our daughter ice cream after dinner. The staff was literally so sweet and wonderful. They all deserve praise for being so personable. The ice cream was fantastic and the price is good for what you get. Will definitely be back!!

Completely amazing! First of all, my favorite animals are monkeys, so the theme of this shop is so creative and funny to me. The employees are always so positive and, althought working in customer service is extraordinarily difficult, they don't seem to let that faze them. They always strike up pleasant conversations as they make your ice cream (from scratch) in front of you. You have so much control over the process! They even draw little designs in the freezing cream with caramel or chocolate drizzle that, again, you can choose yourself! The end results are so nice and you can choose a near-unlimited number of toppings. I'm a new college student and I can somehow afford this place for such little cost. I can't recommend the Rolling Monkey enough!
Dietary restrictions: I think it was for either $.50 or $1.00 more for your ice cream to be made vegan.
Kid-friendliness: There are many suspended seats for children to sit if they're restless in line. These seats are connected to a nice tree-like display and hang close to the ground.

Plan on 8 to 10 bucks per person but one of the coolest (pun intended) places to get dessert in Statesboro. If you've never had "rolled" ice cream, you're in for a treat. All three of my family enjoyed our hand crafted creations and the drizzle art was pretty cool too! One of the kids in front of us in line wanted to see "BLUEY" and the staff made it happen.
Parking: Store is part of a shopping center so there's an abundance of parking available. Short walk from longhorns or Chick-fil-A

Great atmosphere, excellent customer service, and some of the best ice cream I've ever had! Watching the "skilled artisians" make the ice cream from scratch, and hand roll it is the coolest part of the experience. A great addition to the Statesboro area!
