The truth is that the service and attention was very good, I can only say one but, the music is at too high a volume and you cannot converse except in a loud voice. Otherwise very good.
My son and I had a great experience on our evening visit of 11/8/24. The experience was so great my son said we should do a review. The place was insanely clean and the employees that night were still cleaning when customers were not in line. The ice cream was very good and felt we got way more value than our money's worth, especially in todays world. What a fun way to enjoy ice cream! The staff is amazing. We've never experienced anything less than superb kindness & attentiveness. My kiddo loves it every time we go but especially when we went recently & they asked about his Halloween plans & costume then made his ice cream to match.
My only grievance is it can be quite loud, but I feel like that's expected for the nature of the experience.
