We ordered to go. Made the mistake of not checking my order before we left to go back to the hotel. Special requests were not honored, and we paid for a chocolate chip waffle and only got plain and no onions on the patty melts.
I stopped here because it was convinient and I wanted a hot meal. I wish that I had written my waitresses name. I sat at the counter after the other waitress chose to ignore the fact that I wanted to sit at her booth. I chose to be served by the gracious young lady who greeted me and tried to be helpful. My food was great and service was excellent
I'm hoping my waitress was new and maybe extremely inexperienced because service was terrible. Our food was served all at different times, silverware came after the fact and so did drinks (she also said there was only one waffle maker?). My side of hash browns came once we were finished eating. She brought me the check and we didn't even have all of our food served yet. I've served for years so it was a bit bizarre that no one overshadowed her or bothered asking...
