Also one time they literally had the nerve to give me an ice cold burger. I sent it back please check your orders before leaving. I know they get busy but thats just sad you send out something like that and think we gonna be thankful.

Wr ordered from here for delivery via doordash and the order was not correct. We received no sauces or ketchup for the fries or the nuggets. The burgers were not correct. We will not be ordering from here anymore.

One of, if not the worst fast food restaurants in Statesboro. Every time I come here the order is completely wrong. I just ordered delivery and not only did it take an entire hour (original delivery time was 17 minutes), they didn’t get one thing right in my order. Ordered a large 10pc meal and got a 4pc with a half-filled small fry. Also got a double stack biggie bag and none of the modifications were honored. Everything hot was cold, and everything cold was hot. I work in fast food too, so believe me I get having a bad day at work and making mistakes but come ON, this is ridiculous! How do you get more things wrong than right on a single order, like for real.

Came to the store on another day and it was packed. We also had someone in line who wasn't moving so we ended jo staying way longer.

I got Wendy’s delivered and I ordered a large fry and only about a fourth of the container was filled. All both my nuggets and fries were ice cold. Only thing I liked was my lemonade I would NOT recommend this location
Typical Fast Food Joint . Was much better years ago when they had Booths with soft back seating and cushioned seats. Now they have hard chairs and it's no longer a cozy place to enjoy your Double Stack Burgers , Fries, Nuggets and Chili. Especially for Seniors and the Disabled.

9/8/24 Approx 8:25pm—I had a few coupons and before ordering I asked are the coupons ran after the order or did they need to know before hand. The person on the speaker did not know.
It was obvious that the guy taking the order had no interest in getting it correct. For that reason, I asked if he was sure he had it right. When I got to the window, another guy gave me the food and told me to check everything because he wasn’t sure if he had it right. He said I could just come back if it wasn’t all there. I asked for a receipt to see what the order looked like and I was told that the receipt printer was not working. Frustrated, I left and realized that I was not given (2) frosties and (1) sweet tea. I circled back around to get them and was told the frostie machine was out of chocolate. Needless to say, easily the worst experience I’ve ever had at Wendy’s
