Doors are locked at 6:30 despite the app still allowing me to place a mobile order for in store pickup. Saw an employee sitting in a chair inside, looked at me and saw me trying to open the door, and didn’t get up to tell me what was going on or to offer to just hand me my food that I could see sitting on the counter inside.

I ordered 2 biggie bags and somehow they managed to forget my second fries, the food was cold and taste hours old and never add extra condiments when I paid for it. Don’t even waste your time ordering here

Ordered a Jr. bacon cheeseburger biggie bag and got no bacon on it so I politely went back around and explained my order and said I got no bacon and if I can just get three slices of bacon for my burger (not remake it). I went around and, mind you very nice employees with great costumer service understood every everything I told them no complications and they where going to go fix it. Until ,ofc as a manager does , ask what happen. she then came to me at the window and asked what happened (after I just told the employees). She had kind of a attitude when I was polite (idk if it was just her southern accent) but then proceeds to make a whole nother sandwich but like was the attitude and trying to hurry up and get me out the drive through necessary? As if it was my fault they got it wrong. Litterally no other car was behind me the employees didn’t need her help and I definitely didn’t need her attitude .

Took 40 minutes to get my food. This is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. I never give bad reviews, but the service here is genuinely awful and the employees couldn't care less. This is the only Wendy's nearby, so if you have to order here make sure to go through the drive-thru. They literally don't care about people inside.

If I could give a 0 I sure would. This place has the worst customer service ive ever seen. Let's start with the unprofessional arguing that they do behind the counter. Then when you go in to place an order, everyone ignores you and won't take orders. I then spoke up and asked politely was anyone going to take out order and she acted as if that was too much work huffing and puffing. She then threw her hands up and never came. We walked out and left. This is not the second unpleasant situation at this store.
