Customer service is terrible. I walked in the lady on the registered didn’t even greet me just simply looked at me. No thank you, have a good day. She didn’t even smile. That’s the less you can do. The food was good tho.

I have visited this location at least 3 or 4 times in the last 2 months. Not (once) have they even finished taking my order before im interrupted by the employees laughing and talking and ignoring my order. The manager or managers for that matter...if they have any need to really do their job. This location is a joke. Worst customer service, or lack of, ive called to see what the problem is, but I am put on hung up on immediately every time. Get a new crew that works. Worst place in Statesboro by far. Just terrible in every way.

Worst service in Statesboro. They have a management problem that the owners will not correct. Waited in line at the drive up for about 20 minutes. Their microphone was cut off after they said wait a minute. Got around the corner of the building to find no one there. It’s been like this for a long time. I will never go back here again.
My chicken nuggets were extra extra crispy/done, but they were perfect! I didn't have to wait long at all! They were friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming.

TRUTH !! I went to LITTLE NOOK an GRANNIE after going to other thrift stores that the local church sent me to.. LITTLE NOOK AN GRANNIE, WAS THE ONLY SHELTER AROUND HERE THAT TREATED ME LIKE A NORMAL PERSON, NOT A BUM... I TOLD WENDY THE OWNER MY SITUATIOK AN SHE BASICALLY OFERED ME THE STORE GOD BLESS HER!!!!! SHE GAVE ME CLOTHS AN A JACKET SOCKS AN EVEN GAVE ME HER LAST BIT OF MONEY OUT OF HER POCKET YAL!!! PLEASE SHOP HERE.. GOOD PEOPLE, GOOD BUISNESS, GOOD HEARTED, SHE EVEN MADE SURE I KNEW ABOUT THE MAN UPSTAIRS !!! I WANTED TO SAY WHO DO YOU THINK SENT ME IN HERE!!! THANK YOU WENDY !!! WHAT A NICE AHOP SHE HAS YAL!! I went to Wendy's in statesboro Georgia on Northside Drive i will never be returning the hospitality is terrible everything i ordered they could not get it correct rushing me through my order putting food on the screen that I did not ask for and I drove up to the window I told them I ordered two strawberry lemonades and the girl ignored me i should of took a chance at mcdonalds I don't eat a lot of fast food but I stepped out of my comfort zone and they ruined it. So disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lord was in there 2 weeks ago and the manager had an argument with an employee it was embarrassing to say the least. The poor young lady that took my order appeared to be spaced out couldn't figure how to put my order in the computer and then someone came to help her and then she gave me the wrong change when it shows on screen what you have to return to customer. Anyway the burger was good but lord employees there are like in another planet entertainment free.
