Went through drive thru no one was taking orders spent 10 minutes waiting behind another customer. Went inside waited another 5 minutes before someone took my order. I ordered sausage egg and cheese 2 for 3 and a iced coffee with chocolate. I get my order thinking it's correct sadly getting home to find the egg missing. No I did not take it back I didn't want to wait another 20 minutes just to get served.

If there was a zero stars option, I would definitely choose it. I decided to post a review after the third attempt at visiting this particular Wendy's location. Horrible customer service EVERY SINGLE VISIT! The person on the speaker is very rude, interrupts and won't let you finish placing order, causing the order to be wrong. The person at the cashier window slams the window in your face. Finally get to the pick up window and the order is wrong, when I tried to let them know, I was told that I'd have to go back through the line again (to correct thier mistake??? Um...no!) Maybe if they hadn't been playing on phones and cutting up, they'd have gotten it right! They are all extremely rude. Have called corporate several times, nothing is ever done. I won't be visiting again.
I'll go to the Fair Rd location...MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE, WHERE THEY ALWAYS GREET YOU WITH A SMILE!
I had a mobile order for pick up at the drive through. I arrived around 9:30 and this location doesn’t close until midnight. Waited in line for about 5 mins and no one said anything. I asked was someone there and was told to hold. I sat for another 5-10 mins and still no one tried to confirm my order. I drove around the store and noticed everyone was sitting around doing nothing. The doors were locked and the store looked clean as if they were done for the night. I decided to cancel my order and leave because the employees here decided they couldn’t serve me.

Zero Stars but you have to put something down. Worst place in Statesboro. Spend 2.00 extra dollars and order from Bites or Gnats Landing. Staff is rude, no eye contact, wont open a window.
I recently came into this establishment and had the best experience I've ever had in a Wendys thanks to Ms. Sharon.
She was so welcoming and helpful with my specific order and even made sure my lemonade was fresh like I asked. I hope everyone gets the opportunity to be served by this wonderful person!

Place dirty...ruin me from Wendy's for a while,it tasted like the grill hadn't been cleaned, mayo was bad

Never saw a customer treated so poorly in my life! The manager and all employees were laughing at this lady named Sheila. She had a problem with her kiosk order and they didn’t have what she ordered. They refused to refund her the amount the kiosk charged her. Long story short that Wendy’s location is giving Wendy’s a horrible name! No refund for the chocolate frosties and her 4 th sandwich. The manager simply announced “we’re done with you” the crew laughed at her! Then everybody kept laughing and saying goodbye Sheila! Rude is putting it mildly! I would’ve given them a lower score if it was possible. Wendy’s should shut down this location if they cannot replace the entire staff with better more respectful employees!!!!

Ever since this new Wendy's opened, the people that work at this new Northside dr have terrible attitudes and are very rude. The food is cold and taste old. The soda taste awful. From now on I am going to the other Wendy's where I am treated like a customer. Whomever is the district manager of the Northside dr Wendy's needs to address issues and personnel.

I eat at this Wendy's atleast once a week it's always hot,fresh,and have never had a rude employee. What else can I say other than thanks for being here to feed me a burger that hasn't been McShrunk and over

Wish I could give ZERO stars! I have left here multiple times with nothing because no one will take your order in the drive thru! And if by chance they do take your order they are on the phone or extremely rude! Worst service ever!

The worst customer service. The person behind the counter acted annoyed that there were customers in the restaurant and when I sighed because my mobile order wasn't ready despite being told it was she mumbled curse words and insults under her breathe until I left the building. Won't go back and the owners should seriously reevaluate who they leave in charge because this isn't the first rude manager I've encountered
