I order from pizza hut pretty regularly. Tonight, I ordered a super supreme with light sauce as the sauce gives me heartburn. I received a pepperoni pizza. I called the restaurant to let them know about the mistake. They asked if I wanted them to give me store credit for next time. I told them no, I wanted the pizza that I ordered tonight. They remade it and delivered me a super supreme barely warm enough to melt the cheese, drenched in sauce. I won't be ordering again.

I ordered a SuperPan Extra Large Pizza and was told they had No Onions or Green Peppers for it.So I went with a Pepperoni Pizza and bread sticks.When I got it home I found they had put bologna on it cut up into very small piecesThe Pizza was not to bad, but $24.00 for a 13 inch pizza, VERY Disappointing ...

mold on marinara. cheese wasn't halfway melted. they usually only halfway cut the pizza or dont bring sauces. called store before and got promises of follow up. none. emailed corporate but I dont want refunds or coupons. happy to just order dominoes from now on.

Breadsticks were BLACK. Then, topped with Parmesan cheese. Then, as if that wasn't bad enough, they were put in the bag and served to us! No complaints on the pizza, but DANG! Don't even try to tell me this was an oversight, Pizza Hut... we work hard too, and we didn't give you burnt $$$ so please, take care of your customers. UNACCEPTABLE.

The pizza was burned everything was burned. I would rather get a price of cardboard and put cheese on it and it would still taste better than this pizza! Worst thing I have ever tasted. I'm sorry but this was a disappointment. You really could have done better. This was very bad. The marinara sauce was soupy and it was watery. Please try to do better next time or there will be no next time. Me and my family were not satisfied. This was supposed to be dinner but now it's trash. We fed it to our dogs. Thank you for trying goodbye.

I came here the other night with my friends to get some pizza and wings and the staff was very helpful and accommodating! I got my food fairly quickly. I would've preferred less sauce on the bottom of my container , but it was understandable . The wings were good!

Service was terrible. We came to Statesboro with our 8u girls softball team for the state tournament. Our game got over at 8:30. I ordered the girls 8 pizzas. We waited an hour for them to arrive, the girls were starving. The boy finally got here with only half the pizzas I ordered he said he fjorgot the others and will go back and get them . I fed what I had to the girls some girls didn't eat because they wanted cheese which was the pizzas left at the store. We waited about another hour. The girls were tired and some went to bed without. When the pizzas finally got there I was on the phone with Pizza Hut because it had been so long. They were cold and over cooked. And I told her we needed some sort of discount. She sad no because we accepted it the pizzas. This was total bull.

worst place ever!!! ghetto and ratchet!!! my mom placed an order online and had to put in her card number. an hour later, someone from this pizza hut stole her debit card number amd ordered $30 worth of pizza with her money because they were too broke to use their own. we will never and i mean never be coming back. im ordering in westheimer next time cause those employees have issues. just throw the whole store away. oh and they messed up our order. we ordered bread sticks not cheese bread. thieves deserve punishment. au revoir
I always order from this Pizza Hut. My food is always fresh. I went to pick up my pizza & the lady told me they had to redo my order. Reason? I requested no crust flavor but they used the normal seasoning out of habit. Not a huge deal, I order online and the choice is there. They caught the error themselves and had already started the new pizza, so the wait was only about 5 more minutes. They let me have both pizzas! If I only had enough ppl to help me Lol! So we ate one that night and one for breakfast the next morning. I've only ordered delivery once and they came in about 30 mins. They're super fast!
