The boneless wings are literally nuggets and you get enough fries for 2 people with the 4 person value meal. Was not impressed Wouldn’t order again

The customer service was amazing, we were greeted as soon as we came in the door. The food was hot and fresh. It was our first time there and I would definitely go back. Thank you Ms. Cynthia for everything. We were just there on 9/27 because we were visiting Georgia Southern for my daughter.

Partnering with DoorDash for your deliveries sounds good, but we had an order sit on my front porch for over 20 minutes because the dasher did not ring the door bell or knock on the door. Called store we ordered from (862 E. Hillside Dr. Broken Arrow, OK 74012) and was promptly told that the order went to door dash and they have no control over the drivers behavior. This was pretty disappointing lunch to say the least. I don't need a refund, or a discount on a future purchase, you just need to get with door dash and let the know to ring the doorbell, knock on the door or both to let us know our food has arrived.

Costumer service is HORRIBLE! I walked in and no one acknowledged and later said no ordering in the store but turn around and take a Caucasian person order. It’s also not professional, workers not fully dressed and manager was rude.

First time going to my local wing stop, and also my last.

Walked in, was greeted by none of the 4 team members at 445 pm est. The cashier was in her own little world face timing someone while counting her drawer. I sat up front on the bench for about 10 minutes, and no one greeted still. So, I decided to leave. Definitely not a fan.

I decided I wanted to treat myself to Wingstop for my birthday. The food was horrible. I ordered garlic Parmesan and literally it was just sprinkled grated Parmesan and nothing else! Like the kind you shake on spaghetti. The chicken wasn't saucy or anything. Just grated Parmesan on top. And my fries were very undercooked! I was so disappointed and regretted my choice for my birthday dinner.
