30 minutes to get overpriced wings on an in store visit with only 1 other table waiting. Seems as if on line orders take precedence over in house. Lady came in yelling about her order and wanting a refund, manager says we don't give refunds, call corporate if you don't like it. Finally got our order and was missing a third of it. Waited another 5 mins to get the remainder. This is the 2nd and last time eating from here. Both experiences about the same.
Food was good customer service was good but they should definitely tend to leave things out . I went two separate times & they forgot my fries and ranch the first time & my large fry the second time. I don’t appreciate this .
