The service and food was good but there is no where to park. The students park here to walk to campus and the employees do not do anything. About it. Tow cars or lose buisness.

I went to do an online order and I went through the drive thru. They said it was gonna take a while and I should walk inside. So I went inside and couldn’t get anyone to help me and this lasted like 30 minutes. So I went back through the drive thru and the guy said it’s been ready for thirty minutes. WHAT THE HECK ZAXBYS. I expected much better from you guys.

beware of parking here! i parked there for ONE hour and was towed! i can understand overnight parking or improper parking but come on!! there is no signage with language suggesting how long customers may park. an hour warrants a tow??

I came to this restaurant yesterday with my e-gift card as I have always done and was told by not only one of the employees but also a Manager by the name of Jen who told me that they did not except E gift cards where they have to type the e gift card in manually she stated that she’s worked there 11 years and never has done that which is crazy because on the gift card itself. It clearly shows that if I would like to use it in store to have the cashier, enter the gift card manually when trying to inform them of that they then went on and said well we can’t accept it because it’s a screenshot and I stated I have no problem sending it to my regular email because it was coming from my work email, but by that time I was already pissed because I feel like I was being interrogated by them, asking me who’s been doing this for you let us know so they can get in trouble because that is not our policy to manually enter the gift cards when addressing this to the general manager he acted nonchalant and off the muscle. He was targeting me too as well saying well we can’t accept the gift cards from screenshots. That’s not the case here I was told by management and employees that you guys The gift cards at all if that’s the case why is Zaxby giving out those types of gift cards if that’s not what the Zaxby’s employees do on Chandler Road I used to love coming to the Zaxby’s because it was right around the corner from my house but now I’d rather drive to the one on fair Road I had no issues with them excepting the E gift card

Got there as soon as they opened and the drink area was disgusting. Apparently, no one cleans. Trash everywhere, counters were sticky, soda machine covered with hardened soda syrup.
Quesadilla cost more than at a Mexican restaurant. Was better off ordering 3 fingers.
