Not enough to eat, and I spent 14 dollars. Got 5 fingers and extra fries instead of slaw. Fingers and fries are small and insufficient for a grown man's supper. Money is too hard to come by for people to take it and not give you a decent return. Zaxby's used to do a lot better than this for less. Shame!

We had to pick my daughter up at Ga Southern from a volleyball clinic. We asked her where she wanted to go and thankfully there was a Zaxbys close by. We went through the drive thru and had awesome service. The ladies at the drive thru were very nice, courteous, and FAST!!

Service is usually quick and easy, and the employees are always nice, but sometimes the quality of my order is subpar. I’d prefer my food to not be half empty before I even open the box. The inconsistency makes me unlikely to order as much as I used to- I do enjoy this Zaxby’s when they give me what I paid for!

They towed my truck and I’m being charged $254 to get it back cause I parked in their empty parking lot at 9am to get to class so I could just come back and grab lunch and go, but I’ll never be giving this company another cent of my money till the day I die, hope whatever pleasure y’all got from screwing over students is worth the years of money your losing.

staff messed up my order then wasn’t apologetic or nice. they acted as if it was a burden that i had come back and asked for the rest of my meal.

So I ordered for pickup. The line was backed up. I was in line for 20 minutes. While sitting at the second window, I look and can see two employees visibly on their phones. I finally get home with my food and my fries were under cooked and really soggy, chicken was over cooked, the fried pickles did not taste good (I’ve had them before many times and never had issues with them) and my drink was filled all the way to the top with Ice. I barely got a few sips from it. Seems like the only thing that they did right tonight was the toast. Seems as though many employees are need some retraining or need more employees on busy nights.

This location really is hit or miss. I’ve gotten food from this location before and had literally NO issues. Which is the only reason I’m leaving a review tonight, as it was as bad as it is. Just very disappointed.

First time coming to the Zaxbys on campus and it's a whole vibe. Not too busy and you can just walk here on foot. The staff are really nice and the building is very clean.

I hope no one gives this place any business! My daughters first experience being a new freshman at GSU is getting her car towed they had about 4-5 cars towed and no signs posted they even towed a guys car who was inside eating! And the towing company charged her $254 dollars to get her car back. No warning or nothing what a way to run a business. So disappointed with this company
