Rude employees! I asked to add on a drink & employee in the back said “Should’ve said that.” Horrible customer service.

I almost never leave reviews. I had a hour drive home and was eating while driving. I asked for no tomato because I was allergic. And the sandwich im pretty sure only comes with pickles and the sauce anyways. They asked me if I was okay with the sauce and pickles I said yes. I got my food and it was a dry plain chicken sandwich. I could barley eat it. I myself work in the food industry and it was not busy no reason the food should havd been wrong.

I stopped by this Zaxby's tonight about 9:00 and ordered the chicken finger plate all I can say everything was excellent and great teamwork the team work very beautiful together tonight.

Whoever works at the window needs to have a better attitude. Be courteous. If you don’t want to be there or having a bad day go clean up inside. So you don’t have to deal with the customers. Why be somewhere where you’re not happy. 🤦‍♀️

I just got back to my hotel from and as soon as I opened my box, I found a literal trident gum wrapper. I threw it in the bag and decided to look through my food, and had to throw out a good bit of the fries as well because they were soggy and looked old.

I was excited to try the new lemon pepper dry rub after seeing those tempting Zaxby's ads on YouTube! In Statesboro, there aren’t many places that serve dry rub wings, and usually, they tend to be either too saucy or too dry. So, I went ahead and ordered 10 traditional lemon pepper wings from Zaxby's. Wow, it was like they flipped an entire bottle of citrus seasoning on them! My lips were practically tingling from the flavor! 🫤 I guess I just wasn't ready for that much citrusy goodness!

The food was extremely nasty . Sweet tea tasted like water . I’m extremely disappointed. I’m not even from the area I’ll never eat there again . I wouldn’t give my pet the food that the store cook ! If I could leave no stars I definitely would !

Those lemon Pepper flavor tenders is hitting keep that flavor forever it’s seasoned just right . The taste is not overpowering .

Ordered on uber site food was under cooked fries was hard and cold chicken had blood in it paid 50.00 for food my house couldn’t eat night manger had an I don’t care attitude whoever the cook was or whoever works on night shift needs a new job never again all I could eat was the bread
