It's a shame when you walk in a restaurant and hear the staff members cussing, dancing around, and acting like they didn't care....pretty sure they didn't. No line and nobody attempted to take our order. We ended up driving to the other location. Management needs to take care of those that don't have customer service skills and manners.

We went in last night for a quick dinner and waited about 45 minutes even after we ordered online . Food was cold chicken was dry fries were dry and cold no seasoning, employees were sitting around the lobby on phones . Floors were filthy never again will we come to this location . I did save my receipt and will be contacting the corporate office the place needs some serious attention. With that being said I will be going to the college campus location from now on . Also tables were dirty and the walls have grime all over the place.

Just ordered food here tonight it’s been going down for a while- no seasoning on things and service bad. Tonight my chicken was old, the honey mustard I asked for 3 times wasn’t in my bag and then get my food home and the coleslaw I specifically asked NOT to have was spilled into my fries and my toast and none of the food was seasoned and the chicken was old again!!! Terrible!! Do better Zaxbys
All was perfect,except the bathroom ? situation...people were lined up waiting to use the bathroom...management should rethink that situation...maybe not so bad when they aren't busy...Georgia vs Florida weekend...

I found that my coleslaw was not all coleslaw the other half of it was buried underneath and soggy I asked for my fingers to be dipped in tongue torch and they were the driest dipped chicken fingers I've had and the fries themselves had a funny now I've gone to different Zaxby's this is the first time coming to this one I will not be making it a repeat trip the staff was friendly they were really nice really sweet that wasn't an issue at all the atmosphere seemed great it's just how my food was prepared and how it tasted was not on par with what I've ever gotten with Zaxby's
