Very disappointed. The food is good but you’re lucky if you can get it. Every time I’ve come, they’re short staffed and the estimated wait time quadruples. I’m currently waiting for my order that I placed online. When I arrived at the restaurant I see a line of people waiting to order at the counter, but the poor employee who showed up is having difficulty taking orders while filling orders, bartending AND cooking. Apparently THREE other employees called out INCLUDING THE MANAGER. What kind of manager leaves an entire restaurant to one employee? Hey Eddee, fire your sorry manager and promote this guy keeping your business afloat. At least you know he’ll show up

I have no idea what the food tastes like. I waited forever for someone who was clearly multitasking to take my order. Only one heavily edited menu available. Food was clearly coming out from precooked batches.

The brisket is delicious and had just the right amount of fat and char. Their ribs are fall-off-the-bone delicious and their sausage is smoked to perfection, it has that perfect snap and tons of flavor.
The food was so dry! The worst part about it was we were up charged to try the banana putting. Worst thing I ever put in my mouth and she told me it was going to be the best part. :(

Best thing about this place is the eating area- very cute and seems like a cool place to gather. Food was TERRIBLE. So much fat in the brisket and rib tips. The food was almost cold. Mac and cheese has kraft cheese slice melted on top. Shana the cashier just stared at us awkwardly not one "hello" or "what can i get for you". Seems like a place for a good time NOT for good food.

We try to give this location a chance every 6 months or so and every single time they are always out of something we want. Today they were out of two of the three things we went for. At this rate they may as well have a sign of what they still have available. Clearly not having enough food is a constant problem. No forks to eat with, had to share a set with my boyfriend. Employees not cleaning table tops even when it's slow. At least the food they do have on hand is always good. The location in Dacula is a bit further but never had any of these issues at that location.

So I try to only leave good reviews, however, this just has to be said. We love supporting local businesses, but when we pulled up at 1:00 and the place was empty I should have known something was amiss. I tried to order a burger, as I'm not the biggest "bbq" fan like my husband. They had "just ran out." So I ordered the rib tip 1/2 plate with okra and fries. The hubby got a hotdog covered in stew and a sausage dog, with a side of stew and okra. Tea and water to drink. $36. About 10 mins later our number was called. And then....no bbq sauce. AT THE BBQ SHAQ. That serves mostly bbq....that actually NEEDS THE SAUCE! And you didn't think to mention that before I spent $36? Hubby asks for ketchup for the hotdogs and fries, they say how much? He says I don't know, a lot. Employee walks away and comes back and says did you say 2 packs? Seriously? Garlic parm fries were good, but the rest....mediocre at best. They should have just turned the "open" sign off. Sadly we won't be visiting again.
