The brisket is delicious and had just the right amount of fat and char. Their ribs are fall-off-the-bone delicious and their sausage is smoked to perfection, it has that perfect snap and tons of flavor.
Came here passing through and was disappointed by the small portions. They forgot one of my sides and their pulled beef was incredibly dry. A nice shack but the food leaves a lot to be desired.
