Never disappoints!

It was okay. But u had a crowd of ladies that acted like they were drunk. Loud talking and laughing. Know one could enjoy a nice peaceful lunch.

Came for some white chocolate cake and mac n cheese. Very disappointed. The cake, even though it has a decent flavor, was dry. I’m assuming it wasn’t fresh but why serve it if it’s old? Mac n cheese tastes like Kraft. Would not recommend.

A message to management. Visiting this location and this franchise for the very first time was a welcoming experience because of an employee ( may have been a lead or super- light skinned with glasses) seemed to care about the customers and the business. Since then, the quality overall went downhill. The staff needs to be trained or have a refresher on basic customer service skills such as acknowledging customers when they are ready to order, apologizing for a mistake made by the store, and a simple smile or displaying body language that indicates appreciation for the customers business. These shouldn’t be unrealistic expectations.

First time ever in Chicken Salad Chick. I asked server? Fairy for recommendation and I gat grape Salad as a side. Both were really good and ready quickly and brought to our table. As she was sweeping the floor, Fairy checked on us
SUPER service and great food.
Give this place a try. You won't be disappointed. Beautiful, immaculate

Yep this was the worst visit i have had in a long while. Not only was my order forgotten. They didnt explain the rewards. Nor did i get a decent apology for having to wait
