I've always passed and wondered how it taste. Well finally I stopped and ordered Olivia's Old South Chicken Salad. When I arrived at the window to place an order for a scoop. I was told I had to order a scoop and a side or another scoop. So I ordered two scoops of the salad. I opened it up and ate it with the crackers. To my dismay it had absolutely no taste. I thought maybe I'm missing something. So I had someone else taste it. They too said it had no taste. I will not be visiting again. For $9.74, for two scoops only,l I would expect for it to have taste.

Wanted to try Chicken Salad Chick for some time and finally had the opportunity. It was close to closing so they were sold out of a lot of choices but had a chance to try the spicy, the lemon grass, and plain. All were delicious with the free crackers. Also got a piece of the white chocolate cake that was really good and really rich. Overall an awesome meal.

Chicken salad with excellent, sides were blah.Not a lot of seasonings in sides.Service was some of the best I've had while.Would go back for sandwiches and service.

Horrible order thru uber eats I got old mac and cheese it was brown and watery uber eats wont refund me for the food. I also got a pumpkin pie slices that was as thin and small as a pencil do not get food from here. Also i got more lettuce and tomatoe on my sandwhich than chicken

I like the food here and the people are friendlytoo. BUT, they are out of things ALL the time (specific chicken salad, soup, etc.) would be nice to not have to cross your fingers that they’ll have what you’re coming for every time. I’d say just make more than you think you’ll need. It’s a better customer service experience to have it than not to have it.
