So nice clean and very friendly customer service , Oh and they offer The Best Cookie Cakes Cooke's and verity of Ice creams ! 10/10

Under new ownership and i must say 2 days in i have seen such a great change in this establishment. Keep it up guys!!

I never had a good experience. I rarely go, only if I have dire craving for cookies or icecream. Their cookies are usually thin. I walked in at 6:30, 30 minutes before closing time. I was told the ice cream is shut down. Why? Watched an employee walk in circles instead of helping me while I stood in line to get cookies. They have the worst service ever.

Haden did his thing with my son's cake and brought our vision to life! My 5 year old loved it soooooo much!!!!!! Thanks Haden for making his day special!!!!

Online orders not working. Called store and struggled through order...and then got another call to verify and it was still done incorrectly. I should have looked closer at it before I left, but I needed it then for a party. A gentleman in front of me was getting a refund and did not leave with his cookie cake. I should have paid more attention. So $60 and I have to serve this ugly cake with the.name spelled wrong at my son's party. I will by pass this store and find another location!

They did amazing wedding cookies for me last minute and saved the day! They followed the design I showed them and the cookies tasted delicious!! Thank y'all so much! Very kind and accommodating!

Bre did an amazing job! I had to place a huge order and she went above and beyond to help me with the designs on the cookies. She even came in early so I was able to pick them up before they opened the store. She did a seamless job on having my order ready promptly, and kept me informed on any changes. Thank you Bre!! I will have to come back for more cookies! 🍪🍪

I had a very phenomenal experience at this location. I got my son a cake there. They gave my daughters cookie samples A+ I will be going back to get more cookie cake for my daughter’s birthday in February.

I love Great American Cookie however this location NEVER has the cheese cake brownies. When I've inquired about it the staff replies by saying we will not be making them . This is poor service. The McDonugh location has them each time I've gone to them. Eagles landing is closer but never has what is desired. Please listen to your customers. I'm sure I'm not the only person that has complained

Do not waste your time at this location. The past 3 times I have visited they have been “out of stock” on most of their items and they have not had cookies available... Laughing out loud. Imagine a place that makes cookies out of cookies. The store is run by teenagers who have no sense on how to run a business And of course they are not willing to make more cookies. They sell what was prepped the day before or the morning of the shift and once it is gone that is it. Their work for the day is done. I only imagine the owner is the exact same sadly. I would give zero stars if possible. Also, looking at other reviews in the past the owner is going to give the same response that I should reach out to their customer service email that will never respond. The customer service email should reach out to US. The dissatisfied customers that had to deal with the piss poor customer service of your employees.On a side note, I have called in on numerous occasions to order cakes for future pickups to where I have been greeted with “ we done have anymore cakes” this is on multiple occasions. Their inventory or management must not know how to keep up with their demand.

I just wanted to give this place a 5 star review based on my outing experience tonight! I didn’t catch the lady’s name that served me (she wasn’t one of the teens, possibly a manager). I had two little kids with me and she got along with them so great and helped put our ice creams together ! The best service from her seriously! She told us to come back and see her and that we will be doing. ❤️❤️

Parking: Good parking on all sides of building.
