Great American Cookies

I love Great American Cookie however this location NEVER has the cheese cake brownies. When I've inquired about it the staff replies by saying we will not be making them . This is poor service. The McDonugh location has them each time I've gone to them. Eagles landing is closer but never has what is desired. Please listen to your customers. I'm sure I'm not the only person that has complained

Do not waste your time at this location. The past 3 times I have visited they have been “out of stock” on most of their items and they have not had cookies available... Laughing out loud. Imagine a place that makes cookies out of cookies. The store is run by teenagers who have no sense on how to run a business And of course they are not willing to make more cookies. They sell what was prepped the day before or the morning of the shift and once it is gone that is it. Their work for the day is done. I only imagine the owner is the exact same sadly. I would give zero stars if possible. Also, looking at other reviews in the past the owner is going to give the same response that I should reach out to their customer service email that will never respond. The customer service email should reach out to US. The dissatisfied customers that had to deal with the piss poor customer service of your employees.On a side note, I have called in on numerous occasions to order cakes for future pickups to where I have been greeted with “ we done have anymore cakes” this is on multiple occasions. Their inventory or management must not know how to keep up with their demand.

I just wanted to give this place a 5 star review based on my outing experience tonight! I didn’t catch the lady’s name that served me (she wasn’t one of the teens, possibly a manager). I had two little kids with me and she got along with them so great and helped put our ice creams together ! The best service from her seriously! She told us to come back and see her and that we will be doing. ❤️❤️

Parking: Good parking on all sides of building.

Kid-friendliness: The employees are great with kids! Very nice and patient ?

Absolutely amazing customer service. The manager , Ms Page is the Beat . She designed my daughter's 15th birthday cake personally. My daughter was extremely happy and overwhelmed with the experience. We will be back soon. Thank you so much for keeping a great American cookie in our neighborhood.

This location is horrendous. I made an online order on 2/13. The decorator was not in that day so the order was cancelled but I was never refunded. I have called the location 4x and the manager is never there and nothing ever gets done. This type of business if unacceptable. Today is March 2 and I still have not received a refund. So my next step is to call corporate .

I should’ve read the reviews before ordering. They cancelled my order no explanation! Don’t waste your time.

This place is so unprofessional. I placed an order online my pickup time was 2:30. I arrived at 3:45. When I arrived I still had to wait because it wasn’t ready even though I paid online. The young lady gave no apology. Even though I live about 5 mins from here I’d rather drive 20 to another location.

This business focuses on the next day instead of the present day. I came in for a slice of cookie cake for my daughter & the young lady in the establishment informed me that “we’re out of cookie cake & I’m focused on tomorrow’s orders and I’m not going to pound any cookie out today.” What??!! You’re known for cookies/cookie cakes and you’re being lazy bc you’re focusing on tomorrows orders?? Yeah I’ll never visit this location again. That’s pathetic.

This location is the worst in my opinion, not only do they charge more than other locations they do not offer edible images or custom colors. Their customer service is less than good and they are constantly closing early or not open at all and leave notes for customers to call for an order they need to pickup. I tried to place an order for a cake to pick up Sunday at 1pm and was told not asked that I had to pick up at 130. I explained I needed to be at the party location at 2pm, I was told well we can call you when it's ready. Sorry not acceptable. The location was already not good at what they do and now it seems worse, the owner should definitely hire more adults instead of a high school student as a manager, it almost feels like a daycare

Customer service there is terrible. Ordered a cookie cake online to pickup at 12:30 got there at 1:45 and they had no record of it. Showed them my receipt so I was told they would make it. The employee didn't bother to read the special instructions on the order so she decorated it wrong. No apology!

If there was a "no star" they would receive that. Placed an order never received, place blame on driver, did not want to refund money. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. NEVER I repeat NEVER do business here
