I thought you closed at 9 but I show up 10 minutes to 9 and can't get a sandwich I work blue collar and get you want to go home but if you are open your open and if your closed you are closed it's a shame you will miss out on money to go home early no worries I will go to firehouse at least they honor there open and close times

This review is specifically for the manager’s better yet whom ever the owner is/are, but we see your establishment represents how much you all don’t care about your customers as a whole community!. You have a great location and should be doing so much better than the reviews received and the responses given but still no change’s and now it’s even worse because the meat on the sandwich purchased was warm and definitely not at the temperature it should have been!!!. My family and friends have patronized you all but after today we’ve decided there will be no more of our money spent at your location. Wish you well and hope this constructive review will help you bring your score up to where it should be!!!!

The customer service SUCKS here. The restaurant eating area was not clean. Tables dirty and there was no one in the restaurant before I walked. One younglady was sitting down, and I understand the employees need a break. But the area should be clean first before taking a break. Also, your employees need customer service training. The customers should not feel like we are getting on your nerves, especially once we walk in the door. No one greeted me. This is ridiculous. You all need us, we are doing you a favor by eating at your establishment. Every time I come here, same old nasty attitudes. The food is good though.

Not many issues with this location over the years but today I thought I’d post a review. My only complaint is this blown speaker in the dining area. It’s blasting out distortion and I don’t know how the staff can stand it. This thing has been broken for years or else it was fixed and broke again between years of visits. PLEASE SPEND A FEW DOLLARS AND FIX IT!

My fourth time visiting the Stockbridge location...the food is pretty good, that is why ive come back....but all four times, the employees act as if they dont want to be there...barely even acknowledge you as you approach the counter....i wont be spending anymore $$$$ there.....

Service was horrible.if you don’t want to work, why work in customer facing position. It’s disheartening because the girl with the locks didn’t acknowledge anyone until a white man entered the establishment. She code switched quickly, she engaged in conversation ,laughed at his remarks, extremely peppy. Who knows maybe she just prefers to service a certain demographic of people. I will spread the word to avoid this location at all cost.

The foods alright but for some reason if you order any form of oil or vinaigrette on the sub they ALWAYS seem to drench it I feel theres a difference between applying some oil and DOUSING a sandwich in it to the point the bread disintegrates into a mush any time its touched it just feels like a waste of time and money this has happened three seperate times to me every time I order here.

Customer service is horrible. Staff is unprofessional and needs to be evaluated. Workers are nasty and rude to you for no reason. It's clear they don't need to be in a position that serves customers. Nothing about my experience was pleasant and something needs to be done about the staff.
