Went here to get the viral pregnancy sub I saw on tiktok. The staff here was honestly so pleasant it was such a refreshing feeling to know there are people who actually love being honest and courteous not only to their staff but to their customers. I knew my sandwich was going to be good as soon as I saw an all woman staff when I walked in. Now the sandwich itself was good, very tangy because of the yellow peppers, relish sauce and vinegar. If you’re not a fan of tangy/ tart flavors it wouldn’t be for you. But it was their BLT sub with basically everything on it but mustard. Simply because of the staff I will definitely be returning. Thank you to the 3 women that were there, you guys are amazing!

Worst sandwich I ever had a Jersey Mike’s! I ordered the #55 and the cook made a terrible sandwich. Not enough cheese, and the chicken was dry. Plus it took her 20 minutes to make my sandwich. Two other people that came way after I ordered got their food before I got my food.

Bad customer service at this location I ordered a sandwich in the worker left before even giving me the receipt. On top of that the vegetables are not even fresh at this location definitely disappointing from the Jersey Mike's brand.

I walked in.. the two lady employees didn’t acknowledge myself or the next guest. Very rude and unprofessional. They moved extremely slow. No one had a smile on their faces. The atmosphere was very distasteful.

I thought you closed at 9 but I show up 10 minutes to 9 and can't get a sandwich I work blue collar and get you want to go home but if you are open your open and if your closed you are closed it's a shame you will miss out on money to go home early no worries I will go to firehouse at least they honor there open and close times
This review is specifically for the manager’s better yet whom ever the owner is/are, but we see your establishment represents how much you all don’t care about your customers as a whole community!. You have a great location and should be doing so much better than the reviews received and the responses given but still no change’s and now it’s even worse because the meat on the sandwich purchased was warm and definitely not at the temperature it should have been!!!. My family and friends have patronized you all but after today we’ve decided there will be no more of our money spent at your location. Wish you well and hope this constructive review will help you bring your score up to where it should be!!!!

The customer service SUCKS here. The restaurant eating area was not clean. Tables dirty and there was no one in the restaurant before I walked. One younglady was sitting down, and I understand the employees need a break. But the area should be clean first before taking a break. Also, your employees need customer service training. The customers should not feel like we are getting on your nerves, especially once we walk in the door. No one greeted me. This is ridiculous. You all need us, we are doing you a favor by eating at your establishment. Every time I come here, same old nasty attitudes. The food is good though.
