Wings weren’t extra crispy like I asked for not even a little
Wings are smaller compared to other Jr crickets I’ve been to
Ranch can’t be homemade tasted like some cheap shit from Kroger
I wouldn’t return here & spend my money

Burger was decent. Fries had to go in the air fryer and get seasoned. Philly was trash. $15.00 for 1/8 lb of steak is diabolical.

I ordered lemon pepper wings, some of the worst wings I’ve ever had. Will not be back. Fries were good but wings, I added the lemon pepper you see. 😩
Very disappointing

The wings are nothing like i have had at other JR Crickets, they were under cooked, seasoning was off, onion rings are not good more bread then onion, blue cheese didn't taste like blue cheese, i was excited that they had put one on the Southside, but lwas left totally disappointed, i will never visit this establishment again

I’m so excited they brought this location here! So far, I’ve tried the burger and chicken wings. The burger was delicious—had that fire-grilled flavor I was really craving. The wings were solid with great flavor, though a bit too big for my personal preference. The fries, however, could use some improvement—they didn’t quite hit the mark. Overall, it’s a solid spot for lunch or dinner, and I’m looking forward to trying more from the menu!

Went to get a ten piece hot lemon pepper sprinkle today for lunch (which they call this by something else), but unfortunately it wasn’t enjoyable. I’m not a fan of large wings and on my plate I had 9 large drums and 1 flat. Then upon viewing the wings I asked For more sauce as they were dry looking and they politely did so. I ordered The wings with fries and paid for celery but the celery didn’t come with any dressing (which doesn’t make sense) so then was charge approximately $1.70 extra just for the additional blue cheese. The blue cheese was homemade and only “ok” could use more flavor too. Now on to the flavor. The wings were nasty. Literally, nothing at all like the original JR cricket as for flavor or wing sizing. I can understand different but the wings had no flavor and whatever formula they use needs to be reevaluated because this can’t be it. My celery, which I had to pay extra for, was not as fresh and some of them were limp. I did However like the cut of the fries. Overall, over priced, fat wings (drums) with no flavor. If the wings were at least good I would’ve made peace with the cost which came to about $20 for 10 piece, fries, celery and 2 blue cheese). I was Extremely disappointed by this. I didn’t Even get close to finishing the meal and just threw it in the trash. The staff was essentially nice so that was a plus. However, be rude if it’ll make the food taste better 😂. I really Hope this improves as I would Love to see everybody thrive. Also, maybe the other flavors are better, but this particular order didn’t make the mark.

Born and raised in Atlanta , I was skeptical of trying another JR Crickets because i’ve been disappointed before And I know the best locations and the worst ones .
Eagles Landing location the service was great, the Wings were too small for me. i prefer crinkle fries which they don’t serve but the fries served were a bit over fried. like dark fries and some I couldn’t eat. Hot sauce is the classic sauce i love. But the charge on upgrading dressing was off. If i order a 20 piece i shouldn’t have to upgrade dressing anyway (or at least 2 small size) but then to be charged as an additional dressing charge and not the difference of the upsize is wild … i had a 20 piece and 10 piece i had to upgrade both… spent more than necessary… i spoke with the cashier that assisted she at least heard me out about the charging but this location should find out what the Lithonia location is doing cuz that one is the best hands down on their service and food quality. and the homemade dressing is the best there…i drive 30 minutes plus to go to that location.

I was greeted when I walked through the door and promptly had my order taken. Was told about the $1.13 up charge for substituting Onion rings for the standard fries. Checked my receipt and saw.the prices of my two 10 pieces was $.50 more. When j asked about the extra charge, I was told it was because I used my card instead of paying cash. Would have been nice to know that before hand or have that policy posted in the establishment somewhere.
