I just had one of the best experiences. I got held up a job for a few hours longer than expected and stopped at the literal closet place to eat possible. The place I stopped was this KFC. There was a charming elderly gentleman ordering ahead of me when I got in. He and the young lady assisting him were joking back and forth. It made me smile. Then, I ordered a bit hastily as I was pretty famished. I got 12 wings and a drink. I paid. Tiffany, the nice young lady I mentioned earlier, put my meal together in a matter of seconds. Then I remembered I have my dog in the truck. She, my dog, was stuck in the truck for the two hours I got held up on a job. So, to reward her for being good I asked Tiffany if there was any chicken on the menu without bones she could have. No sooner than I said it, Tiffany mentioned a kids strip meal. So, that's what we did. I thanked Tiffany for her amazing and bubbly personality, gave my dog her two chicken strips, and promptly enjoyed mine as well (which had coleslaw from the kids meal I wasnt initially expecting but happy to have gotten it). I highly recommend this place, especially if Tiffany is working

My wings was not fresh out da grease like I ask. The cashier was rude as u know wat. But Tiffany was kind and sweet should be a manager. Please get new staff n management the manager let it happen. I’m a cancer patient I can’t eat a hr old food.
This KFC on Eagle landing is the BEST KFC I been 2 in a long time. My sandwich was delicious and hot 🔥. The customer service with excellent.The friendly of the cashier and the politeness.

Hot wings were so old they were dried out. Called spoke to manager and he said he couldn’t keep watch over everything that goes out.

At first, I was really surprised to see such a low rating for this KFC location. I honestly expected a much better experience based on the brand reputation. However, after my visit, I realized why the reviews might not be that high. The quality of the food definitely left a lot to be desired. The chicken, which is supposed to be crispy and flavorful, seemed underwhelming in its frying—some pieces were not as crispy as I expected, and the seasoning felt a bit off. The mashed potatoes, which I was really looking forward to, were almost cold when served, which made the meal feel less fresh and satisfying. I understand that fast food can have occasional slip-ups, but consistency is key, and unfortunately, this visit highlighted that improvement is needed. I hope the team at this location works on improving their food quality, because KFC has the potential to be a much better experience than what I had. Overall, if they address these issues, this place could easily earn a higher rating in the future.
The first experience was amazing the young man with the locs was very polite and the young lady manager was very respectful (with the long braids) the food was good.

Just picked up a big order that I placed through the app for work. The wait wasn't bad and our order was correct. Shoutout to Tiffany for her amazing customer service from the time I walked in to the time I walked out!

Disrespectful Treatment of My Grandfather at Your 955 Eagle’s Landing Parkway Location
The young Hispanic pregnant female (manager wannabe) is the person involved. She's SO rude and has an habitual attitude for absolutely no reason. My family loves the chicken from this location because the head Manager cooks the chicken perfectly everytime.
I’m writing to express a deeply disappointing experience that occurred at your 955 Eagle’s Landing Parkway location, which has caused significant concern for me and my family.
My grandfather a long time resident of Henry County who has spent decades building homes and recreational spaces for low income purposes, as well as serving 35 years as a practicing attorney was recently treated in an unacceptably rude and dismissive manner by one of your staff members. After the incident, he shared with us through Group Chat that he felt as though he had been “treated like trash.” No one should ever leave an establishment feeling dehumanized. I knew exactly who that person was, because she's always rude and she doesn't discriminate based on skin color.
It appeared that assumptions were made based on his work attire, which reflected a long days work. While his clothes may not have met someone's expectations, they should never have determined the level of respect he received. This incident was not only upsetting it was offensive and discriminatory in nature. Not to mention, my grandpa is VERY wealthy but, he's more comfortable in his working gear.
What’s even more troubling is that this doesn’t seem to be an isolated case. The same female staff member has shown a consistent pattern of unprofessionalism. I work at the bank next door and have heard/ witnessed firsthand how her attitude has negatively impacted customer experiences. Several of my colleagues and some neighbors have expressed similar concerns, and many have simply chosen to stop coming altogether.
It’s important to note that the black manager at this location has always shown exemplary professionalism, treating all customers with fairness and dignity something our entire family appreciates. Unfortunately, this positive experience has been overshadowed by the behavior of this one staff member, who often refers to customers as “LOVE” a term that might sound friendly to some, but when delivered with an unfriendly tone and dismissive attitude, feels disrespectful and patronizing.
Members of our family, including my mother and her colleagues at Piedmont Hospital, have been loyal patrons of this location for years. However, this experience has led us to take our business elsewhere. We no longer feel welcomed or valued.
We ask that you please take this feedback seriously. Every person, regardless of their appearance or background, deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. A single negative interaction may seem minor, but when it reflects a broader pattern, it becomes a serious issue one that can tarnish a business’s reputation and drive loyal customers away.

I Went To KFC For Lunch On A Sunday , &The Service Was Fast , But My Food Was Cold , My Fries Was Cold & Soggy As Hell , Chicken Tenders Was Soggy As Well . Very Disappointing To Get Food On Your Lunch Break & It’s Not Satisfying

My grandfather; who has spent decades giving back to our community through building homes and recreational facilities for low income families was treated rudely by a staff member during his visit. It appeared that assumptions were made based on his work attire, and he was spoken to in a dismissive and disrespectful manner.
What’s especially troubling is that this incident was not only demeaning to him as an individual, but also inconsistent with the values we expect from a business that serves a diverse public. My grandfather is a well-known and respected member of Henry County, and while his appearance may have reflected a hard day's work, that should never be a reason to treat anyone with less dignity.
Our family, including my mother and her colleagues from Piedmont, have been regular patrons of your location. Unfortunately, after this experience, we no longer feel welcome or respected enough to return.
