Moe's Southwest Grill

The service that I received at this location was HORRIBLE. Let me also add that one of the individuals providing horrible service was the manager, Cole. Upon entering the location, I didn’t hear, “welcome to Moe’s”. The female/latino employee that was preparing my burrito acted as if she could not understand English. However, I watched her speak very fluent English to the manager as I was leaving. The paper towel dispensers were empty. The bathroom was disguising and should not have been available for the customers. And, the food mirrored the service, HORRIBLE!! Beware, don’t waste your time coming to this location.

Had missing topping on the order. Unfortunately I made the mistake of not checking my order until I got home so I called them to let them know. They asked me to send a photo for proof so I sent it only to tell me they couldn’t do anything but offer to give me the topping if I came back to the store and had the nerve to tell me I already got a discount through T-Mobile. Their food isn’t even worth the regular price so No thanks! They had no customers in the store and still messed up the order.Won’t return

Always good! Clean, staff always washes hands before serving me (who has allergies), always kind.

Worst Location Ever. They are rude and smash your orders together sloppy and nasty 🤮🤢. Then the manager Anthony pretends to forget ever speaking to you. They don't wash their hands. Straight trifling!! Beware ⚠️

I had the pleasure of being helped by Cole, the manager at Moe’s Southwest Grill in Stockbridge, GA, and I can honestly say he was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, Cole’s positive energy and professionalism stood out. He greeted everyone with a warm smile and made sure the service was fast, friendly, and accurate.

What really impressed me was how hands-on he was—helping staff, checking on customers, and even stepping behind the counter to keep things running smoothly. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer experience and takes pride in his role.

Cole went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and that kind of leadership deserves recognition. If every location had a manager like him, dining out would always be a five-star experience!

Food is amazing. The manger is very nice. They got me in and out in 5 minutes no complaints! And the dining room was very clean and organized 10/10 would be going there again

Great and fast customer service!

Sign on door clearly states 10:30 opening time staff refused to open door at 11:05 . Waiting out in the rain for 15 minutes . I then called into the store to ask why haven't you opened yet ? I guess they decided to open later due to staff shortage ... well THEN place a sign saying so . Poor Customer Service (again ) ... and again . Gotten to aggravating coming to this location I will be taking my business to Chipotle Oh , I went across the street bought food and drove past the location and they had a line of ppl waiting in the rain ... it so easy to communicate ...

Moe's is my favorite restaurant for Burritos, many options to add to your Burrito. I made a mistake a week ago and tried Bubbakoo's and was very disappointed. I'm sticking with Moe's , WELCOME TO MOE'S ☺️
