Good bread on sandwich served hot

BEST Cuban sandwich I still have yet to have. Every time I’m back in GA I stop here just to get a Cuban. Please bring a location to northern VA.

That was the best 21.58 I’ve ever spent in my life ….the food is actually addicting….each bite tasted like the first bite I got the pollo vaca frita. That avocado crème sauce is so good. Everything was so fresh like this is insane ….this my new favorite spot .

The food was amazing, the service was impeccable, and the ambiance was impressive. I will definitely eat here again.

I have eaten at this restaurant for years. The last to go order I ordered had more fat than pork. The white rice was crunchy. It also had a hair in it! I emailed the company with no response. I had to throw the the whole meal away. with no response to my email I figure they really don't care. I will not be going back there. It's sad because I love cuban food.

Super disappointed! I was a loyal Papi's customer for years before moving out of state--always the Ponce location. When I returned to the Atlanta area on a work trip recently, I placed a to go order from Papi's nearest my hotel--Stockbridge. SUPER disappointed!! The customer service was awful. I ordered ahead and when I came to pick up I waited at the pick up counter for over 10 minuted with nobody coming to help, and it was an off hour, not busy. I finally flagged a cook down who got someone to help me. I picked up my order and took it to the hotel without checking--my error. I paid for extra Plantains for both meals and received exactly 2 plantains on each meal. There was no bread included (did they stop giving bread with the jerk chicken meal?). The black beans were minimally seasoned and bland. Inexplicably, one of my jerk chicken meals had shredded chicken and the other had cubed chicken (?). Both were just ok--not full of amazing flavor like they used to be. On the up side, I don't have to miss one of my favorite eateries anymore since the food was so disappointing.

Oh my goodness, I went there for the first time and when I moved back here in September. I could not wait to order my favorite dish. Yellow Rice, Leg quarter, Salad and Plantins. It's the seasoning and the portions. Enough for me to eat for two meals.

OMG! A ? gem. Thanks you ? for a wonderful meal and best service. Our server a beautiful young lady was very attentive. The food was excellent. We had morro or congí with the lechón asado maduros y tostones. Everything tasted like my mom or I had cooked it. ?. Very good Cuban food. We will definitely be back very soon.

The food is great. I come to eat here every so often, and I always get great service. I decided to try something new this time, so I ordered the vaca frita de pollo( grilled shredded chicken seasoned with their spanish seasoning and sautéed with onions and peppers, served w/ white /yellow rice, black beans, side salad and sweet plantains or fried green plantains. Delicious...

be cautious ordering food for delivery from their google storefront page. i ordered food to be delivered & it never came. when i called the restaurant there was no manager available & whoever had answered the phone was no help, she just kept saying they don’t offer delivery but they clearly have it set up like they do (how am i supposed to know?). i tried calling the restaurant back a few times after & no one would answer the phone at that point. there was no way to contact this “3rd party delivery service” so i contacted my bank & they opened a dispute which ended up being denied for whatever reason so now im out $43.
