Thank you small cakes for making my coworkers birthday special with his vegan cupcakes🫶🏾 10/10 recommend! His face after the 1st bite 🥳.
The ones I pictured in my review are not vegan but they are also amazing! The customer service is excellent! The young lady that made them is a sweetheart!

Update: went in for the first time in awhile and the service was really good and the quality was nice.

I've been to a few different locations (and the cupcakes are delicious), but this location has to be the worst! The cupcakes were not good and a total waste of money

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The cupcakes are not homemade they taste like boxed cake mix, dry, no flavor and the icing is store bought. I tried the one in Fayetteville (horrible) and this one (horrible).

My sister has an allergy to nuts, so I simply asked if the red velvet cupcake had any. She was being so rude and acted like I was inconveniencing her, so I changed my mind and ended up not proceeding with the order. It didn't help that it smelled really bad in there, so it was probably for the best.

The other reviews are right. Giving this a 1 star based on the sewage like smell when you walk into the door and the fact that this “homemade” cupcake tastes like Betty Crocker. Will not be back. Not worth the money.

This Smallcakes is in need of renovation. There was an unpleasant odor when I came in. Cleaning materials clearly visible from the kitchen. It is likely most of the orders come from delivery apps, but storefront should be up kept and inviting.

I've use to go to the one in Orlando where they have a larger selection of flavors and whole cakes. They even do special decorations for holidays. This location is smaller and not so creative.The 3 different times I've come in I hardly got a greeting. They have only one cupcake on display if that. No matter the time of day they give the vibe they are closing up. The cupcakes are always fresh and delicious. I only comeback for the cupcakes and hope maybe in the future their will be more selection.

I recently indulged in a cupcake from the location and it was an absolute delight! The cake was moist, the frosting was creamy and flavorful, and the overall presentation was charming. Definitely a must-try for anyone with a sweet tooth!

The first time I ever had these cupcakes What's when my nephew turned one year's old. So now that hes 3 years old. I don't know what changed about the cupcake. If this is all I knew was this particular? Ti would not eat these Cupcakes again. But I know this particular franchise or chain. Has a much better product in this batch. The cake store was absolutely beautiful in design.. And I would buy again from these people.
