I do not like this location I have seen roaches before crawling across the floor, smells like straight bleach on most days, the employees has the worst attitudes, the bathroom smelled bad they barely clean it and the AirPods are a no for me. I place my order while you’re either on the phone or listening to music and u ask me over and over what did I say just makes me want to walk out because you get mad you can’t hear my order but you have AirPods. Goodbye I will never step foot in this establishment ever again.

I’ve spent a lot of money on smoothies for the past few years and have always ordered the same thing it’s either going to be an Açaí bowl or a Hulk Vanilla! Lately when ordering at THIS particular location on Hwy 138 in Stockbridge, there smoothies have been off and I’m not sure if they’re not offering smoothie classes anymore or if the ingredients have changed, but these smoothies are nasty work. Why would they taste different each time if it’s the same smoothie and the same ingredients? They need to spend more time on quality than quantity and put money into these workers learning and knowing how to make these smoothies!!! Imagine waiting 10-15 min which is okay but then having to wait another 10-15 cause it was made wrong, and don’t let it be messed up the third time it’s like oh god!! 138 get y’all ish together and hire ppl who know what they’re doing! Wasting ppl time & $$ pic below is nothing but ice!

I walked in and the young lady helped me right away. I ordered my smoothie. She asked me if I had the app. Scanned it and it charged my card right away although I had planned to pay cash. It was made perfectly and I went about my day. I have to say the planet smoothies drinks are very consistent and I was very pleased with my angel food smoothie.
