The drinks are watered down with too much ice! Too much milk and they simply do not taste well. I shouldn’t have to constantly ask for light ice for a drink ordered to taste well, why on earth are you putting so much ice in a beverage when you know it waters it down? That’s asinine!

We sat in a 20 minute wait just to receive items that were not worth the costs. Ridiculous, this has happened twice in two weeks. Poorly made drinks.

I always come to the Starbucks near my house but today I was not pleased at the service I received. The young man at the window was very cold, non chalant, and not welcoming to the Starbucks. I waited in the drive thru about 5 mins. When I got to the window, there was no greeting just my total. Ok, then my drink push to me with a straw, then he walked away. I waited 3-4 mins because I wanted my receipt. He comes back to the window your drink is on the way. I said no I have my drink. Oh you need a straw, here he said. I said no I need my receipt. He printed and shoved it in my face and said here. He need classes on customer service ASAP.

Fish Sticks

It takes 20 minutes to get a coffee. The people in front of me were waiting 20 minutes for their coffee and the people in front of them. We’re waiting 20 minutes for their coffee. Everybody just standing around not doing nothing and looking at each other and hugging and kissing each other like what’s Going on here There’s seven Starbucks employees just standing around not doing anything SMH

The wait to order inside is ridiculous. No disrespect to older ppl but working in a fast pace environment is insane if you can’t even take the orders correctly or swift. Stood at the counter behind a young fella who ordered his drinks and had to keep repeating himself. Once the older lady finally got his order correct 10 mins later he tapped his card to pay and her computer froze she blamed him for her computer freezing and said he tapped his card twice when I watched him tap it once… instead of just saying we having system issues and apologizing for her pace and technical difficulties she asked for help and said it was his fault bc he tapped his card twice. This was a horrible experience trying to become a Starbucks customer but every time I go it reminds me of why I don’t want to be a customer.

Just left the store and purchase two medicine ball teas. One tea was just water!! Call the store 10 and the phone was busy. The store is half an hour from my house. I need someone to call me to refund me my money. Have to check your cups before you leave!!!

The cheer and kindness from Sebastian and Grace Anne and Jeffrey and Sabrina were over the top and my drink was perfect but not as perfect at as their Baristaness! Thanks for having clean bathrooms too, makes a difference on a busy holiday! I hope you alll get raises! Raise a glass (or a cardboard cup, or reusable) to your awesomeness no matter what!

They are always getting my order wrong and they are a little rude. I spent around $40 and they made all my drinks completely wrong. I would go back for a refund or remake but I was already to far gone before I noticed. This honestly makes me so annoyed and upset, this is the only Starbucks that actually repeatedly makes my drinks wrong and I do come pretty often. I usually place my order at drive thru but sometimes I do place an online order.

I came to get a coffee last night after work and to my surprise the drive through said it was close but after a couple seconds they answered on the speaker and took my coffee order five minutes before close . They were fast and efficient. Will be coming back again ! Night staff has been doing very well since my last experience.

I came in after a LONG day and just needed me a pick me up. Seen they were open late and let me run thru and grab a coffee. I pull in at 9:19p.m & they say “sorry were closed and we started shutting the machines down so we cannot make coffee” the whole purpose os your store is to make coffee & other specialty drinks. Would give them 0 stars if it was an option.
