Did not like the staff responses as to coffee not ready, I need to order expresso shots. This location is NOT A PLACE WORTH supporting with the attitude of these employees. I WOULD LOVE TO SEE IT SHUT DOWN

Ok, I have had it!!
The drinks are almost never correct; they take quite a while to prepare your food and at my last visit, the grilled cheese was hard (I'm guessing they made it when I ordered it but it got brick cold while the drinks were being made)
Additionally, upon asking for napkins, the employee wadded up a bunch of napkins and presented it in a ball shape. Like, come on dude!
The drink cups were greasy as if gloves aren't being changed frequently or hands are not being washed frequently; or, maybe 1 person is doing both, hence the grease.
Drink temperatures vary! For an iced acai refresher it was lukewarm until the exorbitant amount of ice placed in the cup melted and nade it cold. And, by that time, the drink was terrible. They forgot to put the sugar in my husband's drink.
We keep giving them a break and visiting other locations, but whenever we come back here, it almost never improves.

I ordered what I normally order at the Starbucks at Jonesboro Rd and Jodeco Rd and NEVER had a problem. This location needs to educate their baristas on Starbucks’s terms. The guy didn’t seem to know what Cappuccino made extra wet means and it’s actually a term that Starbucks has as an option in the mobile app. Then, he questioned me wanting my Cappuccino made with Vanilla Sweet Cream. So, because he couldn’t understand how to make my drink, he kept telling me that I should get a Latte even though I order this exact same drink every time at every other Starbucks. I told him less foam or a little foam. He kept trying to tell me how Starbucks’s drinks were made when I spend at least $150 per month on the same drink everywhere else. So, I told him I would just go to the Starbucks I normally go to and never mind on the order. I guess he was going to pay for my drink or maybe he was just ready to go since it was close to closing. Not going back to this place.

My matcha was nasty I had my sister pick it up for me and I ordered sweetener and caramel drizzle and their is no caramel in it at all this was a complete waste of my money
I went to Starbucks on eagles landing at 916 a.m. got coffee I got ready to put my creamer and sugar in my coffee it was a little net in my coffee.I got sick on the stomach I had sip the coffee damn
Traveling and stop at this Starbucks. Barista was playful and laughing over the intercom, garbage surrounded the area and it took forever to make Two drinks that tasted horribly! Poor service all around

My orders are always perfect, and the customer service is excellent. I only use the drive thru but it moves fairly quickly. Sometimes, the location is very busy, and the line is wrapped around the building.
