I walked into the store and ordered some food, the lady was very nice but when I got home I found some black and blonde hair in my food. Very unsatisfied
My first time at this location. This is the first Subway, in my life, that had a steel cover(for lack of a better description ) hiding the cheese and meats... Why? Seems so suspect. Also, my sandwich fell apart when trying to eat it. This never happened before, either. Lastly & oddly, I was given a sandwich that was only wrapped in the wax paper.. didn't notice until I tried eating it later. No plastic clear sandwich bag! 🤯🤦🏾♀️
The veggies and bread were not fresh. Drink in Drink machine was flat...
Walked in a couple days ago the guy was super friendly but I got a sub with JUST tuna and cheese and it was 16 dollars. IM NOT ONE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT PRICE BUT… I WAS ROBBED!!!!!! And when I tasted the tuna it had a slight taste of nail polish!!!!DONT COME HERE WASTE OF TIME!!!!!!
I love right next door to this establishment and when I walk, it never feels warm... but the main complaints are that 1)they refuse to take coupons and 2) they are expensive as hell... I never go there bc I usually choose the one by my job in Cobb Co... but today I said let me see if theyve gone down on prices .. and nope, the same home run him that I get in Cobb County for $9 is $16 in stockbridge... why? And no I don't want to hear about expenses... I think I am good on ever going back
Pleasant customer service and they got my sandwich correct and before the expected time. This will definitely be my go to location

The man lied saying he didn’t have a fork . I walked in and looked literally at the forks . I canceled my order immediately because why lie to begin with trying to keep inventory. When I’m the customer?!?

Clean and well maintained establishment. Felt invited and the experience was pleasant and quick.
At first they were bragging about sliced meat. They had commercials with the meat slicer and would have one on back counter for display only. Recently had bogo free they now cover the area were meat is, to make it were you can not see the meat placed on the sub. It was thin and seemed like a sandwich made at home. NEVER GOING BACK!!!!! BAIT AND SWITCH.

I came here a few times the sandwich was alright when made, which is something I don't understand how can a sandwich taste different at different locations but anyway I order a turkey sandwich with 3 cookies. The service was mediocre and slow which is another thing I don't understand it's was only me in there but the sandwich was below average and the cookies almost cut in to my gums it was like biting into a peanut brittle. Like they gave me some days old cookies notice I made it plural like they didn't even make a fresh batch good thing i didn't tip this time. I usually leave a 15 to 20% tip but the service was so bad n slow like I said it was just me n they just had opened maybe an hour ago so they came in dragging n didn't make a fresh batch of cookies they probably didn't even put up the cookie left it in the open where anything to crawl imagine if they did the cookies like that imagine the meat and veggies

Walked order my food off the app paid ahead of time I got accused of stealing chips and drinks even though I’m telling the manager what I’ve order he stopped me at the door and told me that I couldn’t leave because he needed to make sure ! Not once did he apologized or the girl who was behind the counter !!! Please do not waste your time going here . And on top of that my sandwich was not what I order

We've been going to this Subway for years and after our experience tonight we will not be back. I ordered 5 subs on the app and 1 was missing when we picked it up. I had to open the wrappers to see which was missing and all but 1 was made wrong. No biggie, it's a simple fix. The lady behind the counter said she was the one who made the sandwiches and wanted to know what was wrong. I explained what the issue was but I guess she didn't understand what I was saying. So when I tried to explain it again, she cut me off and started raising her voice at me. Then proceeded to tell me that everytime I come in there with a group of ladies that I'm always the problem. She has me confused with someone else and she's getting loud at me for no reason!! Even her coworker is telling her she's wrong and to stop yelling at me. Couldn't get a refund because it was ordered through the app.. The gentleman working there helped us, made our sandwiches, and was super nice! I just can't believe this lady actually got loud at me like I was in the wrong. Worse experience I've ever had!!

This is the worst subway I have ever been to in my life. I will never come back here to this garbage. Ordered online and my entire order was wrong. When I told the person that the lady argued and said we are the problem and started yelling at us. Then when I asked for a refund I was told no and the rude Indian lady kept arguing and trying to pick a fight. I WILL NOT EVER COME BACK. I also recommend no one ever come to this place again. If I could give it less then a 1 star rating I would.
