I have been here maybe two times before and today we decided to stopped in. It immediately started off horrible as soon as we were sat. The side plate for the salad was not clean covered in some type of white stuff and then after I got a new plate to eat the salad I went to use my fork and it had old dried up food on it . I finally just asked for plastic and once I started eating my salad I went to take a bite and there was a LADYBUG in my food . The manager was immediately asked for he came over apologized didn’t even seemed surprised, took the salad off the table but not the fork with lady bug on it. He came back and told me they wont charge for only my food instead of my other companion who ate majority of the salad i then had to ask him to take the LADYBUG off the table as he was walking away . Honestly I was shocked on how bad my experience was today I have never written a review before but i had to for this terrible experience.

I have eaten here many times for birthday events and such. I have tried everything from Chicken Marsala, Lasagna, stuffed pasta and seafood pasta . I just find that it doesn't taste fresh to me or something is missing. I just think it's over priced for the quality. That's me, some people in my family love the place.

Every other time, and there have been many, I'd give it 5 stars. Typically great service and food. This time, though, was told 20 minutes for a pick up order, got there 25 minutes later, and the order hadn't even been placed. The order was rushed, but at this point would like Chick-fil-A service: give me something to make up for my time.

Utterly fantastic place! They play easy piano jazz music instead of Italian music. I had lasagna & spumoni... mucho good. My wife had cheese calzone & NY style cheesecake. The cheesecake was so big & thick like NY style cheesecake should be.We're going back even though it's 40+ miles from our home.
