I visited this location today (August, 8th). I ordered two bacon cheeseburger deluxe and ten piece chicken nuggets, got in my car went home and I didn't have lettuce or bacon on either burgers! And it wasn't but one other customer inside and a customer at the drive thru! Horrible service!! They really need to retrain EVERYONE at this location!! My FIRST and LAST time visiting this location!!

They took to long to greet me at the counter, tables were dirty. Me kids and I was sitting and having fun singing a song that was playing and they ended up changing the song.

We did a curbside pick up. Unfortunately location is understaffed and under trained. Team members confused. Over 40 minutes and food cold..missing items.
You kind of feel bad because the younger kids are so mismanaged.

I forgot just how bad this location is. Staff has NO customer service at all, restaurant seems like it hasn't been deep cleaned since 08 or before, and the food is way over priced for what you get. The poor appearance of the location I can ignore IF the food was better and there was some trace of customer service. The person at the counter had his headphones on the whole time, I'm not sure of what public facing company allows that but it seems Wendy's just don't care about what a paying customer thinks. Never going back there and anyone reading this would be wise to do the same.

I would really give them zero if that was an option. This location by Rock Quarry is by far the worst. If the food ain’t stale, they’re closing super early. I went there 10 mins ago at 9:22pm…mind you they supposed to be open till 1am. I’m sitting at the drive thru window waiting for a good 5 mins before I decided to just go inside. As I’m driving by the window to go park my car, some big teeth Wendy’s employee is literally watching me drive by while grinning and sweeping. It was no one but one other employee also cleaning up. —-______— instead of grinning your big teeth self, you should have told the lines of car waiting y'all was closed. This isn’t even the first time they closed super early. Fire them all!!
