The food is as good as any other Wendy’s, however the service is terrible. I am disappointed in how unprofessional the workers are and would like to see improvement. They need to take there job seriously for the betterment of themselves and the company.

Why is yalls frosty machine never working? Yall advertise for frosties but you're never able to make them due to the frosty machine being "broken"
Edit: my wife actually called up there when I got home just for them to tell her the frosty machine was in fact working. Which means they lied to me. This wendys in general the staff is terrible and lazy. Will also let you sit in the drive thru line for 5 minuted just for them to come over and say they aren't doing drive thru orders.

I’m going to contact corporate today. I’m so tired of this place. And I always hope they gone do better just to be disappointed again. Everytime I come here my order is wrong!!! These people literally don’t care. They need a whole new staff in here because it’s nothing but laziness. It don’t matter if it’s morning, afternoon, or night. My order is going to ALWAYS be wrong when I come here. And not only is it wrong. But it’s always cold. Then what gets me is the fries/potatoes you order a large and they don’t even fill it. Why upgrade and spend my money when I could have just gotten a small since that’s what I’m always given.

This was the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to in my life. Everything I asked for, they didn’t have it and it was only 10am… When I did finally come to something that they did have, it was cold. Nothing fresh. I ended up returning and getting a refund for my whole order. I had two meals. Never going back to this Wendy’s!!!

They serve what they want to after a certain time! Ghetto! As soon as I pulled up the young lady said all we have are nuggets and fries?? Like why even take any orders and just shut down!Too lazy to cook or cleaned up too early so that they can be ready to go! Definitely not fair to paying customers at all. Will never visit this location again!! Then the nuggets had the nerve to be cold ?? Ugh never again

Jeniyah has the best customer service. She's multitasking and still getting things correct!!! We have been to several locations recently and keep being disappointed, but Jeniyah changed that streak at her location. We were just hoping our food was fresh and good, but when we got there we got so much more because of Jeniyah and the slim young man with a black hoodie and red squiggly lines all over who got our extra ice, ketchup, and napkins. The customer service and food exceeded expectations. The entire shift seemed to vibe and work well together. Thank you Jeniyah (even though i messed up your name🤦🏽♀️😅 my apologies)

I would not come here the older white lady charged me $40 dollars for someone else’s food when i had a $14 meal. I said okay it happens went back about two weeks later cause it’s 2 mins from the crib she charged me for someone else’s FOOD again. I would highly recommend avoiding this wendys.
