Horrible service. Got the wrong order food was cold not even warm. They Blamed it on DoorDash. I live literally across the street from the location was in contact with my dasher the whole time. It doesn’t even take 2 mins to my house from the location. They barely had drinks. Only 3 options available. I called the location to inform them I had the wrong order. Had to call 3 times to even get an answer. I asked for the manager. The lady on the phone stated she was the manager. Her name was crystal at least that’s what she said, didn’t give last name asked twice. She hung up in my face while I was talking. Horrible customer service skills. Didn’t try to resolve my order. When I called back she asked me what was my problem. I’ve been to the location before and it was also horrible. Couldn’t order at the window. Was told to come in to order. When I went in to order the drive through rep was outside smoking with headset on. Every time you go to this location it’s always something! Just ridiculous! Will be calling corporate!

Store says close at 1am . Got there at 12:30 in the drive thru. The guy at the register says you got an order - we say no but we want to place an order. He goes silent/ after we wait for over 5 minutes for him to finally answer he says oh we not taking any orders. What!!! Bas customer service. Dear owner you are losing money.

This location is a issue not matter the time of day! I speak from a place of experience as a Chef in FINE Dining, HORRIBLE

When they want to drive costumers away & dont feel like taking orders, They are always lying at this location about how you have to come inside to order because they can’t take drive thru orders. They have literally been doing this for yearsssss, no other wendys or fast food restaurants in the area do this.

The place was ok. The drivethru was down, We had to go in side to order which was fine but the wait was a little longer than expected. Now the burgers were sloppy but extremely fresh which I had tomatoes and pickles and I do think is where the moisture came from. My burger was falling apart.

The worst Wendy’s in McDonough/stockbridge.. they never have condiments, they always out of something.. the workers rude.. and order is always wrong.. idk how the hell they have a 3 star rating unless it’s people who work there is doing it..
Tamaira has an extremely nasty attitude..Slid my drinks across counter almost causing them to hit the floor..Plus it is 7:56pm & they are having everyone go in & place orders....Then to top it off the fries are hard as a brick... Will never visit this location again...you all got to do better, & hire more professional employees...

I've tried to order from the Rock Quarry Rd Stockbridge Ga location a few times over the last few months. Every time in the drive thru, they either have a problem with the computers or ask that you come inside to order. This is after sitting in the drive thru forever. If you go inside the line is very long. Don't understand the problem..Will never go back there.

When people walk in they're not acknowledged right away, and sometimes there's a long wait for acknowledgement... Staff attitudes are nonchalant... Service is slow... Not my favorite place to eat! Don't get me wrong, I love Wendy's! Just not this one. Poorly managed.
