Went for a bowl of chili but should’ve just ordered a bowl a beans because thats what I got. Not 1 piece of meat. It’s funny because when I originally ordered it, the lady said they were out then said nvm. I think they just added beans to the preexisting liquid. Anyways, wasted my money.

We had a long wait for our food. When we got it, we were missing straws as well as requested sauce. They were out of sweet and sour sauce. The baconators that we ordered were so dry and old that my husband and I ended up throwing them away. We paid $30 for two meals that we couldn't even eat.

It's bothersome and rude that the employees ask you to back up from the drive thru window while you're waiting on your food. I've had this happen before. Tonight I was asked twice because I moved my car forward again after asking myself why am I being asked to move. The second employee comes outside waving a large pan, demanding that I back my car up. I'm not sure if they are manipulating a timer, if they did not want me looking in the window, or if the angry woman wanted to bash my window. Whatever the reason please don't treat me as if I've done something wrong by driving up to the window to receive the food. Isn't that the normal procedure? The customer service at this location is horrible. The ONLY reason I was there in the first place was because my passenger wanted to go and did not believe me when I said this restaurant is horrible and something ignorant was going to happen. Well…my point was proven.

The lack of respect people have at restaurants these days is just sad. Some people work hard and expect their food to be correct and fresh upon order. Not to mention how expensive it cost. However I work early hours and sometimes skip breakfast so I stopped by for some lunch and keep in mind some people have allergies or dislike certain foods so if I order my burger a certain way and I’m paying for it then I expect it to fixed correctly. I get home and looked at my burger and it wasn’t prepared like I asked. Was gonna just throw it away but instead I went back and there’s no apology for the mess up. It was what did you have and then I only got the burger in return. It was prepared like I asked but then I said can I get more fries and the employee at the window asked what was wrong with the fries, I said nothing except cold now. Not asking for anything at this point but it was a combo that I ordered and I want to eat it as a combo. I returned with the wrong burger and fries so, whatever happened to common courtesy especially since it wasn’t my mess up. I don’t wanna eat cold fries because I had to return my burger. I’m so over it and as of now I just ask God to give me strength after work to go home and cook instead of being disappointed after spending my money. Then this burger wasn’t fully cooked when I got home.

I went to the drive-thru and ordered a number of items for three family members. The nuggets, burgers and fries were all hot. I liked the fact that we didn't have to wait long to receive our food. That was wonderful!
