“My wife and I went on a special date last night and our waitress Reyna was amazing incredible customer service which made our night. They food was so fresh full of flavor and the blackened cajun salmon and bourbon street chicken and shrimp was so soft and tender we really did not need to use a knife we only did out of etiquette our compliments to chef. We will definitely be back. Again thank you to Reyna for your incredible amazing customer service.“

“I love that store. Went there when I was on vacation in Atlanta. They had popcorn, nachos and slushys tasted great!!!!! Not the best food for after a mountain hike bit I personally loved it!

“I have been coming to this IHOP once or twice a month for over two years. The food is always good and I have to admit I have a favorite server (shout out to Sabrina!) who is friendly and always asked about my family. Today, I asked for a specific booth/table combination and they accommodated my request. I appreciate the manager, Jay, always is working alongside his staff! Edited to add Sunday afternoon it wasn't as busy as it was last Saturday.“

“I've had the lemon pepper wings, burger, rice, fries and chicken sandwich. I'd only go back for the wings. Everything else was 'meh'. Their wings are bomb. Service is ok. Dine in is ok. Typically clean dining room. Drink station is clean, stocked and their lemonade and juice (not real fruit but not sure what kind), it's not carbonated, it's really good. Pretty sweet but good.“

“Passing through Decatur heading home and decided to try this place out. I had the Spicy Lemmon Pepper (10) and Sweet Chili (10) chicken wings. Both were THE BOMB! My order took less than 10 minutes to come out. The cashier (young brown-skin female with glasses) was very nice. I would HIGHLY recommend Wings 1on1. I definitely will stop agin when I’m in the area. 10/10“

“I love this spot! Most reliable wings in Atlanta but there was a young lady working the counter today who was so rude for no reason. She forgot my sauces (that I paid for) then once she finally brought them she basically threw them at me. Don’t know if I want to risk dealing with that again.“

I want to take a moment to recognize Brenna from McDonald’s for going above and beyond during my recent visit. I came in hoping to get the best value to feed five kids from my neighborhood who told me they were hungry and didn’t have any food at home. Brenna not only greeted me with kindness, but she took the time to patiently explain the menu, pointing out the best deals and helping me stretch every dollar to make sure these kids could eat a full meal.

Her compassion and willingness to help turned what could have been a stressful situation into a heartwarming experience. It’s rare to meet someone who truly cares, and Brenna demonstrated that customer service is about more than transactions—it’s about people. Because of her, five kids went home with full stomachs and big smiles.
