I ordered a large jerk chicken and a large stew chicken. I am so pissed! There was a lot of rice and peas. Not much cabbage and there were more bones than meat! I should have ordered from the Fairburn location like I did when I lived in East Point and picked it up!! I SPENT $45 on some bullshit ass food! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN! THEY GOT OVER ON ME!!

This is not a large portion. You all are getting beside yourselves with these oxtail prices and portions. I paid an up charge on Uber Eats for a large and I also asked for heavy gravy on the rice (no place to select this option and pay, one can only type it in the instructions). I didn’t get either. Normally a large is partially on top of the rice too. And the pieces are the worst, the smallest pieces of the tail on top of that and the meat is dry. Whoever made my plate today is a non-reading and shameless thief. My last order. For $32 this should’ve been like my other previous orders. I called but they never answer the phone.

While we haven't tried everything on the menu we have made multiple trips to this Golden Krust just for the Fried Plantains. They are amazing and make it feel like there's a party in your mouth. My mom is an immigrant from Guatemala and she says these sucks are "goooooos,".

I never really have any problems with golden krust before but today I was so disappointed because I bought a oxtail lunch there a small one and it was pure bones and didn’t cook properly 28 dollars just went down the drain

RUDE!!! Every last one of them girls who work in there were nasty and didn’t even acknowledge me. I got a face when I walked in like what do you want?? The portion of meat was small as hell and then you wanna charge me extra cause I want pasta instead of rice but they are both starches so o was confused but I won’t be back! The little 3 pieces of chicken did it for me I’ve had way better Caribbean food with less attitude

The staff is rude now but the food is great still and I shouldn’t have a staff member arguing with me over my order if I’m spending my hard earned money and nothing is cheap on the menu so the customer service part was the worst and I don’t even understand why the managers allow staff members to be rude especially towards a paying customer I most definitely won’t be back to this location

This will be my last time coming to this particular location. I will go out my way and drive to Conyers. I have been coming to this location since 2010 and I must say the food is nothing of what it use to be. I highly encourage you revisit the quality and taste of your food. And I want to add the fact that you have chosen to ration out your expensive oxtails and for them not to even be worth it is sad. No other location does this. Today I got jerk chicken and asked for oxtail gravy. The chicken was dry and choking and the “oxtail gravy” was tasteless. I keep trying your location and feeling like I wasted my money. I will not be returning.
