Shout out to Jo and Jada for handling a rude customer professionally. That person threatened to physically harm the workers and should be banned immediately. Love brusters and the customer service. All the other customers in line were shocked just like me. Other than that love my brownie sundae per usual.
To me, the ice cream was a little too soft, not the regular way brewsters serves their ice cream. Taste was good.
The staff were fast and friendly. The seating area wad clean and the ice cream was delicious. The area has gone down some over the years, So the scenery wasn't the best but that couldn't be helped.

Bruster's Real Ice Cream is a welcoming spot with exceptional customer service. The new owner is friendly, and staff are always pleasant. While some issues have arisen, the owner has been accommodating and easy-going in resolving them. The menu offers a variety of options, including the "Blast" which can be customized to taste. Despite some minor drawbacks, such as parking lot conditions and lighting, Bruster's is a valued asset to the community.
