Definitely a hood spot, but real laid back and chill vibe. Nothing fancy. Just come thru for a few drinks and vibe out to trap music.

Me and my boyfriend came here last night on a Sunday night and there was a nice crowd. It was free to get in. It's laid back and a chill environment. The bartender attempted to overcharge me for drinks however I was able to correct that. I had spilled my drink as soon as I walked away from the bar and was told they do not replace spilled drinks which sucks considering it 10$ a drink. We did enjoy playing pool although there was a leak on one of the tables. Besides that the music was good. They never informed me about pitcher specials but I believe they have one. We may go back

Jay I is a good place to Chill and Shoot Pool especially on Fridays... The drinks are moderately priced, music is up to date Rap/trap music Thur-Sat. 25-40 median age range. Friday night's gets ***** stars from me and its BOBO. Jays II is definitively for the Mature&Sexy****.

thumbs down because someone stole my debit card information and used it here for over $250 in one night while i was out of town. clearly this place doesn't check id, and doesn't care if your information is compromised. i've never even been to stone mountain, nor to this pos establishment.
