The customer service is horrible, they never have any carts available. The seafood department staff is very rude and the management seems not to care. It’s definitely changed from when we first moved in the area 10 years ago.

I came into this Kroger to obtain a money order. As soon as I arrive, they say the money service is closed. I ask why.. this lady said "we're going through some changes". I informed her this is the second one I went to in radius, as I went to the one on flat shoals first and another young lady just shrugged her shoulders like she didn't care. Horrible service.

Their grocery pickup is a hot mess. I love the one at Oak Rd and Five Forks... but this one on Rockbridge sucks. Horrible customer service and a suboptimal setup

I've seen improvements here lately. It's less often that I see boxes/products stacked up in the middle of an aisle, and whenever I do it's only because someone is standing there stocking. The employees are doing an excellent job at keeping the lines orderly even with customers scattered six feet apart. I won't be using the pharmacy again after they lost my prescription. On Friday I was told they'd received my prescription and it's be ready in an hour. Over the next three days I had to call several times to be told that they never had the prescription, maybe I'd sent it to another Kroger. I had to call my doctor, who had to call in a new prescription to CVS, who had it ready in thirty minutes.Kroger found my prescription the next day.

In the age of Covid, this Kroger is thorough and it is clean. It reminds me of the Publix that used to be on South Hairston, the attention to detail of products and the cleanliness of the merchandise. Again this Kroger had eggs, bread, juice, = the essentials. It is pretty evident the staff and the management work very hard to contribute to the well being of this neighborhood.

As usual very few people in the self checkout lanes at the “employee check you out lanes”. At least 4 deep in the few lanes that were open. You will be made to like the self service. I am thinking wallmart be better ?

This review is for the deli, and the deli only. They either do not have management, or the manager sucks. I'm here at 4 o clock on a Saturday, theres 4 pieces of fried chicken and they tell me they are not frying anymore chicken for the day. But this is a normal occurence. You might come early, any day of the week, and THIS Kroger deli. Not any other Krogers, but this one, will run out of chicken early and won't cook anymore. On top of that, there's a couple of really rude workers in the back. If this Kroger was not right by my house, I would not go to this deli at all.

Don't bother. The meat and produce managers consistently struggle to keep basic staples in stock. It's rare for me to find all of the ingredients I need for a recipe/ meal so I have end up going 3 miles down the road to Publix

Thanks s is the closest Kroger to my house but since they have gone to almost all self checkouts I hate to come here. Nobody wants to self checkout an entire weeks worth of groceries!! The staff is helpful and friendly but that doesn't make up for the self checkout. I will be complaining to management again but that doesn't help. Oh well, I can always go to the other Kroger on Hwy 29.
