This place is by far the most unprofessional Kroger I've been to and the customer service is very poor. The security snatched my receipt from my hand as I was exiting from the store. A gentleman in front of me set off the alarm and stopped for the Security guard to check his cart. I proceed to walk pass them so I can exit that's when he waited until I was beside him to snatch my receipt and then laugh. I called up there to speak with the manager and he giggled and stated he would talk with him. Pure foolery!!! I will be contacting corporate.

I shop here all the time. And the level of customer service from your employee (Who didn't have her name tag on so I can't tell you her name) older lady, walks with a limp and talks with a raspy voice was rude and unacceptable. She need better customer service skills or another position in stocking. Not the first time I've had interactions with her but it will be the last. I came in to get allergy medicine and water. Of course you have to check my ID. No problem. I know i
