“I want to give credit where it's due—especially to the staff member I believe is the manager. The food and service today were great. That hasn't always been the case, though.
Sometime last year, I had a bad experience: the pizza took forever and came out burnt. I gave it another shot, and unfortunately, the same thing happened. Still, I went back a third time. The food was better then, but the wait was still long. By the fourth visit, though, things had clearly improved—food was good, service was fast, and customers were moving in and out smoothly.
To me, that kind of turnaround suggests there might have been a lot of staff turnover behind the scenes. I can’t say that for certain, since I always go through the drive-thru. Oddly enough, I keep seeing the same people each time. The person I assume is the manager—because he seems to be the one answering the cashier's questions—has been there since my first visit, when things weren’t great.
Whether he’s the manager or not, I just want to say: great job sticking it out and helping things improve. That says something.
Most people don’t leave reviews. They’re busy with family, friends, and everything else that demands their attention. I don’t have those distractions. But being alone doesn’t mean life has to be sad. I think there’s value in noticing the little things—especially the good ones—and speaking up when someone’s doing a great job. Maybe most people would see my life as a sad one. But I’m content. I get to see the good in people, and sometimes I get to say something about it. That’s enough for me.“
“My sister used to work at a location in Macon GA and Savannah GA. When it used to be pizza pizza ?. I don't have to eat pizza or wings or cheese bread. This is it for me I can eat this ? once a week if I had to. I like the crazy bread and I don't have to have sauce. I got this on 6/6/2024“
