Little Caesars in Covington

“As always, I go to a restaurant several times before I leave any kind of review so that I can see how different crews work as well as different hours of the day, including if it is busy, morning, afternoon, or evening rush. This way, I keep my reviews as accurate as possible and I have to say that this Little Caesars location always has the best service, the staff is friendly even when they deal with difficult customers, and they always seemed genuinely happy to see you and talk with you as you wait for your order. They make sure to communicate, the store is clean, and everything comes out accurate, hot, and tasting perfect and fresh. If your order has been waiting for too long, they always offer to make it fresh for you so that the quality of this location service doesn't suffer and it shows regard to the customer for being willing to go through the extra work to get a good product. My wife and I thoroughly enjoy this location's pizza and service! Awesome job everyone!“

“I did an order for pick up online for later in the week and paid for it then. I looked at my order after it was complete and I accidently had ordered for the same day. I called them and Gabi was amaaaaazing! She took care of everything with awesome customer service. She was so sweet and understanding and did an amazing job! Thank you Gabi!

“I love Lil Caesars....it just gets confusing when it's a lot of people at once. They forgot that I ordered and served 6 ppl AHEAD of me with their pizzas and I had to go up to the register and remind him that I ordered first but waiting LAST FOR ONE PIZZA....he quickly apologized and handed me a pizza....IT WAS DELICIOUS but he could have offered a drink or something 😂“
