Ordered pizza online and was told that it was ready. When I arrived to pick up my pizza, they didn’t have it ready and I had to wait an additional 15 minutes. The only way the app would have told me my food was ready is if someone had scanned my order and marked it as ready.

I’m sorry to write this but yesterday was the worst experience in my entire life as far as going to pick up a pizza.
