They are always outside smoking pot and cigarettes. The order is never ready on time. Never go to the one on Memorial and N. Hairston

If I could rate it a 0, I would. I ordered only the three cheese crazy puffs thinking it wouldn't take too long. I had somewhere to be. However, they took over an hour to be made and ready. Not enough people working, and those that were working had terrible attitudes even cursing at customers and calling them out of their names. Do not waste your time, or money.

Went in and they were out of cheese so I wasn't able to order. The woman at the front was nice though

There’s a person that’s a so-called manager there she caused yourself love very rude very unprofessional. It’s bad for business My order was for a Pepsi and six other items. She gave me a Dr Pepper and said that’s the closest thing we have folded up the bag and gave it to me. I apologized for the inconvenience and she was still rude.
Pizza was great. Customer service was terrible. The girl had a nasty disposition.
Really friendly customer service to say the least. Food is always ready in less than 10 minutes with really good quality.
I want to give credit where it's due—especially to the staff member I believe is the manager. The food and service today were great. That hasn't always been the case, though.
Sometime last year, I had a bad experience: the pizza took forever and came out burnt. I gave it another shot, and unfortunately, the same thing happened. Still, I went back a third time. The food was better then, but the wait was still long. By the fourth visit, though, things had clearly improved—food was good, service was fast, and customers were moving in and out smoothly.
To me, that kind of turnaround suggests there might have been a lot of staff turnover behind the scenes. I can’t say that for certain, since I always go through the drive-thru. Oddly enough, I keep seeing the same people each time. The person I assume is the manager—because he seems to be the one answering the cashier's questions—has been there since my first visit, when things weren’t great.
Whether he’s the manager or not, I just want to say: great job sticking it out and helping things improve. That says something.
Most people don’t leave reviews. They’re busy with family, friends, and everything else that demands their attention. I don’t have those distractions. But being alone doesn’t mean life has to be sad. I think there’s value in noticing the little things—especially the good ones—and speaking up when someone’s doing a great job. Maybe most people would see my life as a sad one. But I’m content. I get to see the good in people, and sometimes I get to say something about it. That’s enough for me.

Don’t waste your money here. I was surprised this location had ANY good ratings. Nobody is ever up front at the counter, nobody acknowledges you when you come in. I waited at least 10 minutes to be acknowledged, my food was not in the locker and I made a stop prior to arriving at the location so the food should have been ready. I waited patiently, another customer came in who wasn’t acknowledged either. Two more customers came in then FINALLY after 10 plus minutes this disheveled person comes and assists the customer who came in after me being at that point I was standing back trying to get my girlfriend who placed the order to cancel the order. When I was finally helped my food was ready but was in the back in an inaccessible to me warmer. The cheese pizza didn’t look appetizing, the pepperoni pizza looked good. Both pizzas tasted good. While I waited the 10 plus minutes to be acknowledged I observed that nobody in the back had gloves on. I observed an employee touch food with bare hands. No visible health score was observed and I had plenty of time to look around for it. We will not be spending any more money at this location.
